Kombiniert in einem rustikalen Stil mit moderne Möbeln, besteht es aus Küche; ein großer Wohnbereich mit einem Tisch für 8 Personen, zusätzlich zum Schlafsofa; ein zweites Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Sofas auf der oberen Ebene. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit Queen betten sowie ein Babybett. Sie finden drei komplett Badezimmer mit Duschen.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
