Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!
