The "Guest House" apartment (80m2) is on two floors. It is accessed from the courtyard of the property by an independent entrance with a gate. Entrance to the house on the ground floor through a glass door in the living room. The main room include a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower cabin. Single bed situated at the mezzanine floor. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot.
