Large kitchen equipped with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. 55 inch large screen TV with home theater and terrace on two sides. The house is located on the 2nd floor and is accessed by a private staircase.

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson.
