Watching from lanai saw Humpback whales, what a treat. The place was nice. Sanford was extremely helpful. The building could have some updating (cracked roof shingles, outside walls...) but overall nice stay.

RRae was a great host, we needed some assistance and she returned our texts immediately and made us feel taken care of. Would definitely stay again. Place was spotless when we arrived.

We loved this place and would have stayed the whole time if it wasn’t booked! The ocean views are magical and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi! The kitchen had adorable little additions like tiny spice packets and laundry soap. We thought this was a really wonderful spot! Centrally locates and you can hear the waves as you sleep.

Check in was easy and I believe it’s open 24 hours. Everything was great in the room. Got the full hotel experience. Also, as it says in the description, parking is $40/day.

Wonderful host and location. The property was beautiful. They went out of their way to move around our room so we could be closer to the rest of our party. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with area suggestions. There were food trucks on property with delicious food. The pool areas were perfect for the kids who had a blast each day playing in them. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed Story the Bali Hai Villas. The grounds are beautiful. The bill was spacious and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. We’re looking forward to returning!

We had a great stay here in Princeville. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resorts amenities were wonderful. There was an extra cost to run air conditioning but the ceiling fans throughout the apartment did a great job and we didn't need to use the air conditioning at all. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kauai.

This place was better than the pictures showed. My favorite part was the bed, it’s was the comfiest bed I’ve experienced. The space was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time there but we could have spent the day there with the activities they had going during the day. Location was great as well.

We had a really great stay - the resort was clean, spacious and well located. Only thing that was unexpected was the additional tax and security deposit that was not listed in the Airbnb listing. They do warn you about this via email (after booking / before arrival) but there seems to be a disconnect between the Airbnb app info and the external emails, so just be aware of that.

Our stay in Princeville was lovely. The accommodation was exactly as described. The location was peaceful, quiet and had everything you needed.

We stayed here for 8 nights with our two daughters (6&8yo) and another family with kids similar ages in separate 2 bedroom units. The pools were a huge hit and the location was perfect to visit Hanalei and Anini beaches, where we spent a lot of time. The kids enjoyed the resort activities and all the food trucks right outside our front door. There were great restaurants in the Princeville shopping center nearby and a nice bike path for running. Added bonus of having a beach rental shop right at the hotel for surf boards, snorkeling gear, and beach umbrellas. My only complaint was that it was a little noisy on the bottom level but we will definitely come back! Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the roosters talk all day and night 😉

Million dollar view!! Amazing pool area with fun retaurants nearby. We watched the incredible sunset from the balcony and then stayed up late for star gazing…such an incredible experience. We will be back!

The place was great. It was spacious and very comfortable. It had the thongs needed to make the stay comfortable. The deck was very relaxing.The location is wonderful and good to get to various places on the island.

Great stay! Very clean and organized room. The A/C worked great in our room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
