A brand new, quiet, country cottage, for a relaxing holiday in the Tuscan country, among olive trees, surrounded by 500 sq.meteres private ground. The house has just been completely restored, loft style, one single big room/space, with bathroom. Accessorized kitchen corner, fireplace, sofa bed sleeps up to 2 persons. A second sofa bed sleeps one person. Main distances: Florence town centre: 40 minutes Arezzo: 35 minutes Figline Valdarno: 10 minutes Reggello: 15 minutes

Casa Gialla, Cortona-sunsets in the olive grove

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene place. Listen to the sounds of church bells and birds in the olive grove. If you like a good walk you can walk up the hill to Cortona (you need to be pretty fit though!) or drive up, park in the free car park in town and walk back, the sunsets are breathtaking. The road to the house is a "strada bianca" a white road, although it's a narrow country road, all types of cars will be able to drive to the house.

The building, which once was a stable, has been transformed into a small, charming house entirely built in stone, terracotta and exposed beamed ceiling, and enhanced by period furniture, family heirlooms, which give character to an intimate and comfortable accommodation. Outside it has a covered terrace and all the surrounding space, lawn and olive trees, equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, deckchairs and sun loungers.
