Cari ospiti, finalmente si può ricominciare a pensare di passare qualche tempo in vacanza, con la famiglia, gli amici, da soli... Mi sto dando da fare per organizzare nuovi criteri di pulizia per la casa e perla biancheria utilizzando prodotti riconosciuti efficaci per "sanificare". Inoltre, Gaiole, il Chianti e Siena sono zone praticamente non toccate, per nostra fortuna, dai contagi; questo fa si che il clima umano sia tangibilmente sereno e cordiale, tutt'altro che teso e sospettoso.

Welcome to “Casa di Lyndall” My home is located in the medieval village of Lecchi in Chianti, set in rolling hills, castles, vineyards & olive groves, & provides a view that extends nearly 50 kms. It’s a perfect choice for a family or group of four people. My home is built in typical Tuscan style with exposed chestnut beams, fireplace, and a well appointed kitchen. The 8 metre pool is private & located on the top terrace of the olive grove, has a child proof fence, and 4 sun lounges.

Poggio Martino Bauernhaus mit Pool

Poggio Martino ist ein altes Bauernhaus mit einer Fläche von etwa 600 Quadratmetern, aufgeteilt in sieben unabhängige Wohnungen. Jede Wohnung hat einen Wohnbereich, Küche und ein oder mehrere Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Ein Grill steht zur Verfügung, und im Garten befindet sich ein schöner Swimmingpool. Die Panoramalage mit Blick auf die Hügel von Montepulciano schafft eine ruhige Atmosphäre für unsere Gäste. Die Villa wurde im perfekten ländlichen toskanischen Stil restauriert.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
