Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. Siamo stati molto bene in mezzo alla natura, tranquillità, aria pulita e con una vista splendida. Eleonora è sempre stata gentile e disponibile, accoglienza molto calorosa.

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Logement propre et spacieux. Isolé, dans un endroit très calme et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos soirées derrière la maison, au soleil, avec vue sur la montagne. La literie est de bonne qualité. La voiture est indispensable... Ander est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions rapidement...

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß super schnell in den Ort gelangen und dort etwas essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Marco ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, accolti con l'ospitalità che definirei Faentina. Faenza e i suoi abitanti si sono dimostrati cordiali e accoglienti, pronti ad indicarti e suggerirti posti e luoghi da visitare.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Wir haben einen spontanen Kurzaufenthalt in Cesenatico gebucht und dafür war die Unterkunft wirklich schön. Es sind drei Minuten bis zum Strand, die Gegend ist ruhig und die Ausstattung richtig gut! Sabina war sehr freundlich und flexibel.

Manola è un'host deliziosa. Dalla comunicazione con lei prima del nostro arrivo, ai calorosi saluti finali alla partenza, è sempre stata gentile e disponbile. L'appartamento è pulito e ben arredato, la doccia molto comoda, cosi come i letti. La cucina è fornita. Un grande vantaggio è dato dalla possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà. Cia diamo trovate benissimo, consigliamo di soggiornare da lei.

Gran bel agriturismo su delle colline meravigliose. Fuori mano quanto basta per godersi la tranquillità della campagna. Per accedere c'è una salita di facile sterrato. Nonostante la dimensione contenuta dei paesi c'è abbastanza vita la sera e grazie ai consigli dell'host abbiamo conosciuto un locale veramente simpatico.

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Super place within walking distance to parks and city centre. Hist is very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend this place.

Very good location and from the house you could see San Marino as well as small town Verucchio. Very good place to enjoy the peaceful house and feel the interaction with nature. Chiara is a very warm-heart host and patient to answer our questions. Her pets are also very friendly. I will recommend this apartment to everyone:)

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. ⸻ Appartamento confortevole e ben posizionato, a due passi dal centro. Il vero pezzo forte? Il garage di proprietà: parcheggi l’auto e te ne dimentichi! Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con la caldaia rotta proprio nella notte tra sabato e domenica, ma Cesare è stato super disponibile e presente, non ci ha mai lasciati soli. La sua gentilezza e prontezza ci hanno davvero colpiti: 5 stelle meritate per la sua vicinanza e attenzione. Dopo questa esperienza, ho ancora più voglia di affidarmi a lui in futuro!

Dejlig lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt. Dejlige rummelig soveværelser, fantastisk aircondition og parkering bag hegn. Smal terrasse med sparsomme møbler, men vi kunne dog spise ude og nyde vejret og udsigten. Vi følte os meget velkomne af Federica og hendes familie. Verucchio er en hyggelig by og afstanden til Rimini og San Marino meget overskuelig.
