Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Province of Imperia

Un endroit magnifique en pleine nature et au calme complet. La Dolce Vita est ici un art de vivre... Nous avons adoré cet endroit, mais il est un peu difficile d'y arriver de nuit, car les routes sont étroites et un peu vétustes.

Uns hat das Häuschen inmitten des Olivenhains sehr sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt tatsächlich sehr abgelegen, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Das Meer ist in ca. einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber auch zum Wandern ist die Gegend sehr schön! Die private Badestelle unten am Fluss war wunderbar, wenn auch der Weg dorthin mit zwei Kleinkindern abenteuerlich war ;-). Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ilona. Les prestations sont de qualité et la maison a beaucoup de charme. Ilona a été très gentille avant pendant et après le voyage. Nous recommandons.

Meravigliosa dimora in un piccolo borgo che sembra una presepe!! casa meravigliosa e molto suggestiva, giardino stupendo e dintorni incantevoli: questa è la casa perfetta per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi in mezzo al verde a pochi passi dal mare! A mio modesto parere posizione ottima per accontentare tutti i gusti di vacanza. Stupenda l'architettura della casa, dimora storica ricca di fascino, credo sia l'inizio di della resurrezione dell'intero casale, veramente stupendo!! sicuramente ritorneremo 🤩

Rustig gelegen en mooi huisje - nog veel originele details zoals het prachtige Smeg fornuisje dat het prima doet. Buiten het het dorpje aan de rivier maar toch op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het centrale pleintje. Sommige zaken zijn 'lost in translation' zoals een openhaard die er echt niet is en parkeren moet je op de openbare weg. Je wandelt zo het bos in en je kan heerlijk luieren aan de rivier. De kust waar ook de winkels zijn ligt op slechts 15km maar onderweg heeft niemand haast.

Terrific host! Can't say enough. Very busy with her farm/store/olives/vineyard but ALWAYS available. She gave us an education during an hour tasting of her special oil + wine. Chickens on site for fresh eggs! Hot tub! Terraces everywhere! AND A KILLER VIEW! Beautiful villages to visit. We love Imperia. We had poor weather and it didn't even matter. We were comfy and with our loved ones. We'll be back and will send our friends. Grazie Frederica!

Wir hatten tolles Wetter über den Jahreswechsel in Ligurien und wir haben auch die Unterkunft sehr genossen.

Merci pour tout à Fausto qui propose un logement très confortable avec une vue et une terasse incroyable ! Nous avons été très bien accueillit et Fausto était aux petits soins, il nous a partagé beaucoup de choses sur le village, c'etait un super séjour !

L'alloggio è in centro storico di una borgata molto bella. Patrizia è molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda e si è subito attivata per risolverlo.

Daniele communicates well and made us feel welcome when meeting us. He walked us to the apartment and showed us the amenities in a nice and efficient manner. The apartment is beautiful in a very charming old medieval city part. The view from the balcony is amazing. The living room is the perfect tv / hang out room. It was rainy for two days of our stay and we are thankful to choose this apartment which had enough space and Netflix. The area has nice restaurants near by and is a short walk from the beach promenade. We highly recommend Daniele as host and the apartment.

Splendida casa! Vista meravigliosa! Un pò difficile da trovare all'inizio, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Ideale per chi cerca un posto tranquillo.

Wir waren für 11 Nächte in Armo und sind völlig verzaubert von unserer Zeit dort. Die Wohnung ist urgemütlich und wir haben morgens lange in der Sonne auf der Terasse Yoga gemacht und gefrühstückt und abends am knisternden Kamin gekocht und gegessen. Im Winter wird es abends kühl, aber der Kamin erwärmt die Küche und das Wohnzimmer schnell. Armo liegt in einem Talschluss, es gibt quasi keinen Autoverkehr und es herrscht in dem kleinen Ort völlige Ruhe. Direkt vom Haus aus lässt sich die Gegend über unzählige Wanderwege erkunden. Es sind ca. 10 Minuten im Auto bis nach Pieve di Teco, einer authentischen Kleinstadt mit mittelalterlichem Flair und kleinen Geschäften (frisches Brot, Obst- und Gemüse) und Bars. Judith hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar für uns. Wir hoffen, sie beim nächsten Mal kennenzulernen, denn wer so viel Liebe in so ein Haus steckt und es dann mit anderen teilt, muss ein besonderer Mensch sein.

c'eravamo giá stati, bel posto bel appartamento e vicini simpatici, la conad vicino col bar ristorante mooolto rustico, sono il plus della posizione. 5min da mentone e 5min da ventimiglia, davide numero uno, cé solo da sostituire vasca con doccia ma so che é giá in progetto!

We absolutely loved Angie’s place - felt right at home and there was wonderful views and authentic surroundings in beautiful Perinaldo. We will be back!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem fantastischen Haus von Giovanna. Der wunderbare Garten hatt uns besonders gefallen. Giovanna ist eine äußerst nette Gastgeberin die sofort geholfen hat. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch.

Sonia und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgerber! Beim Check-in haben sie uns herzlich empfangen und uns über das Haus sowie dessen Umgebung und Empfehlenswertes aufgeklärt. Das Haus bietet so viel, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann - Grillmöglichkeit, eine Lounge, ein schöner Garten und genügend Platz um seine Ferien geniessen zu können. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Alles, was in den ganzen positiven Bewertungen hier steht, stimmt zu 100% 🥰 Das Haus, der Garten, die Aussicht, die Gegend… es ist einfach der perfekte Ort, um das Leben zu genießen. Annetta ist ein so toller Mensch. Sie ist herzlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und kreativ eingerichtet und mit Annettas wundervollen Bildern dekoriert. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Besonders die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es frische Kräuter und Olivenbäume. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und sich auch mit Annettas beiden Hunden sehr gut verstanden! Es war einfach super und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Danke für alles 💕

Very beautiful spacious house with 2 large bedrooms and two smaller ones. Large outdoor patio with trees and incredible views of the sea. Ideal for relaxing, with only the sound of the waves. Good welcome from Monica with clear instructions. Access by car is easy, but going out for a walk is less obvious given the traffic on the adjoining road. We had an excellent stay!

Wir waren das dritte Mal bei Christian und verbringen immer eine Woche hier. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist super sauber. Christian ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber mit vielen nützlichen Tipps, der jederzeit zur Stelle ist. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!
