Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Province of Latina

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Il Giardino curato e immenso, con tutti i comfort desiderati. I proprietari di casa molto accoglienti e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Soggiorno assolutamente positivo.

Amazing! Gorgeously laid out and designed. You will not regret staying here. Valentino was incredibly patient with us since we arrived later than expected and helped secure is a reservation for dinner (delicious!). We highly recommend!

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

Siamo stati in 11 amici in questa villa per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben tenuta, perfetta per gruppi numerosi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. La posizione è comoda, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Anzio, quindi facile da raggiungere ma abbastanza tranquilla per rilassarsi. Un’ottima esperienza, consigliatissima!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und es wahr alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Check in und Check Out waren völlig problemlos. Das Begrüßungskomitee (die Katzen) haben uns auch in der späten Nacht empfangen. das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und den malerischen Kiwi Hainen. Bis zum nächsten Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch der Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und man ist nach zwei Stationen am Hauptbahnhof in Rom. Die Kommunikation mit Ricardo war immer schnell und sehr hilfreich. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

Smuk og charmerende lejlighed med flot indretning i idyllisk middelalderkvarter. Udsigt over kvarteret, havnen og havet fra terrassen og øverste plan. Kan dog være lidt snak på gaden om aftenen fra nærliggende bar. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen og alt er i orden og så rent og pænt. Francesca er imødekommende og hurtig til at kommunikere.

beautiful miving space on the too floor with a loft like vibe and a stunning terrace on top. the bedroom was also very nice. great restaurants eight next to the apartment and a grocery store close by aswell. all in all a great week in terracina

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

La casa ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Accogliente, tranquilla ed arieggiata con una bella vista sul mare. Noi siamo andati con un bambino di 7 mesi ed è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze, consentendoci di godere del patio durante le ore più calde per poi scendere a mare sul tardi. Ampia disponibilità di spiagge nelle vicinanze. Giorgia ci ha messo a disposizione un lettino da campo. Host velocissima a rispondere ad ogni domanda e necessità.

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Emanuele's place is the absolute best, I mean, magical on its own but also wonderful because of the host himself. He met us late at night to check in and when we hadnt eaten, tried to get us to take the food he had at home. He was the absolute most accomodating and friendly host I've met on AirBNB even after 15? years on it. The second night he and his partner welcomed us to dinner at their little restaurant downstairs and IT. WAS. INCREDIBLE. They hosted only us and gave us such an incredible meal, and such incredible wine and company, I truly cant recommend it enough. The AirBnB is absolutely stunning on its own....but also...the host really makes the experience.

Gianluca was incredibly responsive and had a lovely home. His mother greeted us for check in and was incredibly sweet. She even helped us by offering to call ahead to a local restaurant before we went. Their home provided a great opportunity for my wife and I to see where my family originated from. The home had incredible views of the castle and mountains. We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb and in Itri.

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

The Villa was amazing I would defanatly recommend staying here to anyone, it was very clean had everything we needed comfortable and the host was there with any questions we had she even lent us some bikes to get around on as we did not hire a car but it is easy to walk into the town, there is a supermarket right around the corner witch was very convenient, amazing villa amazing host that went above and beyond to make us feel right at home if I could give more than 5 stars I would it was perfect.

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

La maison est neuve et donc en parfait état. les espaces extérieurs et intérieur sont grands et adaptés pour 2 couples. la literie est excellente et les 2 salles de bains permettent une intimité totale. La cuisine est très pratique, le barbecue également. si vous aimez la région cette maison sera très pratique

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta
