The location is unbeatable. Merely one street from the sea, and surrounded by excellent food and great sights, this is a wonderful place to stay during your time in Livorno. The room and bathroom were clean and the building felt very safe. Communication was excellent and Dalila was very helpful when I had unexpected changes in travel plans. I would absolutely stay here again!

Weekend rilassante in un ambiente confortevole e amichevole. Comodo il parcheggio e ottima la posizione che ci hanno permesso di spostarci a piedi per visitare i dintorni. Comodi anche gli spazi della camera e del bagno. Il plus è il balcone con vista mare.

Casale magnifico, immerso nel verde toscano. Francesca purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerla poichè era fuori ma abbiamo conosciuto la sua collega ninetta....MAGNIFICA E DISPONIBILE. Abbiamo utilizzato il camino con la legna fornita dalla struttura, abbiamo utilizzato la cucina e goduto di un panorama mozzafiato. Dal casale si raggiunge facilmente volterra e san gimignano due perle da vedere. TORNEREMO.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno sull'isola con il mio compagno e fortunatamente ho trovato questo B&B! Barbara e suo marito sono stati a dir poco favolosi! Simpaticissimi e accoglienti! La struttura si trova praticamente nei pressi del porto, quindi comoda anche per chi non ha la macchina e vicina a tutti i servizi. La nostra camera era deliziosa, molto curata e pulitissima. La colazione varia e assortita, anche con prodotti fatti in casa. Abbiamo trovato il nostro punto di riferimento sull'isola e speriamo di poter tornare quanto prima! Un caro saluto Pamela e Lorenzo

Ottimo soggiorno! Host gentilissima e disponibile. Appartamento impeccabile, ancora più bello dal vivo. Il residence offre molti servizi, piscina grande e pulitissima. Indicazioni chiare con ottimi consigli sulla zona. Sicuramente una ottima meta per famiglie ma non solo! Ci torneremo! A presto

Excellent logement.composé uniquement de 3 belles chambres et une belle salle de bain. Instructions très claires et facile d'accès et pour se garer. Propre avec très belle piscine de sel partagée avec le voisinage. La literie est parfaite. Nous n'avons pas réussi à se connecter au wifi mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Il y a un distributeur d'eau chaude et froide pour les boissons très pratique. Il manquerait une petite machine à café. Ce n'était pas dérangeant car il y a un café à côté mais fermé le dimanche. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir car c'est vraiment sympa et original ! Hôtes très sympathiques

Hemos estado muy bien y hemos descansado , nos han tratado con mucha amabilidad todo muy bien organizado y limpio y tiene mini bar !!! Nos ha parecido espectacular el trato del personal y muy recomendable agradezco el trato recibido volveremos pronto !

This is a great place to stay - the view is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment we had was very spacious and beautiful. The free and unlimited use of the indoor jacuzzi and pool (way warmer than we expected!) was a great and very nice surprise. Definitely would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience, the room smellt very good, was beautiful and the welcome was warm! We will surely come back next Time !

Super dejlig stor lejlighed med kæmpe balkon og hyggelige fællesområder. Sengene var også gode og der var et godt udvalg i køleskabet. Vi kom dog en tirsdag udenfor sæsonen, så nærmest alt var lukket i byen, men forestiller mig at den er fuld af liv om sommeren

The location was great and the staff gives great customer service. The hotel room is spacious enough for a family of 5 and they uphold a standard of cleanliness. I highly recommend.
