Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Province of Ravenna

Fantastische AirBnB, zeer ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers, keuken met alle voorzieningen en spullen om een eenvoudige pasta maaltijd te maken. Bij goed weer kun je buiten op het terras zitten in de beschikbare (zonne)stoelen. Met de instructies van Isabella was het eenvoudig te vinden. Het lijkt wel een klein kasteel met mooi uitzicht over het riviertje en bergen. Parkeren voor de deur en op loopafstand een klein restaurant. Met de auto 5 minuten naar dorpje met supermarkt en andere restaurants, bars en gelateria. Wel even rijden naar Firenze (90min), Ravenna (75min), Bologna (60 min) en Imola (30min). Echter de wegen zijn rustig en mooi over bergen en passen. De streek was nieuw voor mij, maar ben bijzonder prettig verrast.

Location située dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes de la pinède et de la mer. Maison propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Propriétaire sympathique, arrangeante et disponible. Merci pour tout !

Wir sind so liebevoll aufgenommen worden und extra für uns wurde noch einmal die Zeit unserer Ankunft aus Mailand aktualisiert. Die Unterkunft war so wundervoll groß, hell, sauber, modern und chic ausgestattet. Sehr sehr verkehrsgünstig zu Fuß und mit Auto gelegen. Sehr gute Klimaanlage! Die Vermieter haben uns noch viele Discounts für Bagnio, Essen Unternehmungen gegeben. Bettwäsche, Seife, Handtücher, Shampoo waren wie ein sehr gutes Hotel vorhanden. Die Küche fantastisch ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand alles sofort fussläufig möglich. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und würden am liebsten immer dort leben.

Thanks for being a great host. It was perfect that we could use the bikes and thanks for driving us to the ferry with our suitcases!

La casa di Daniele Alberto è molto pulita, dotata di tutto ciò che è indispensabile, adattissima a una famiglia con bambini e in un contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso ma a due passi a piedi dalla via dove si possono trovare i principali negozi. Ci sono a disposizione delle biciclette, magari non nuovissime, ma più che sufficienti per chi si deve spostare all'interno del paese. Le camere sono confortevoli, soprattutto la camera matrimoniale, e si oscurano completamente per chi avesse problemi con la luce. Il giardino permette di lasciare i bambini a giocare in un luogo sicuro e protetto. Noi siamo stati nella casa nel mese di aprile quindi la cittadina era molto tranquilla ma era proprio quello che cercavamo. Probabilmente d'estate c'è molto più movimento ma la casa dovrebbe comunque trovarsi in un posto tranquillo. Il mare e la laguna sono davvero vicini, così come le valli di Comacchio (20 minuti) e la città di Ravenna.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso in posizione strategica letteralmente di fronte al Mausoleo di Galla Placidia. Zona tranquilla a traffico limitato. Accesso a piedi da parcheggio pubblico vicino o richiedendo il permesso auto per la zona ztl con l'aiuto dell'host, che è stato molto gentile e ci ha aiutato coi permessi e le dotazioni dell'appartamento.

Nella casa di Elisa non manca niente, ha pensato a ogni dettaglio. Con i nostri due bimbi ci siamo trovati più che bene, sopratutto per il giardinetto molto curato, perfetto per i bambini! Elisa è sempre stata raggiungibile e molto carina non noi. Grazie!

We had a wonderful stay perfect place for 2 couples. Plus there is an extra bed and bathroom on the 2nd floor. This is an upstairs apartment and may not be suitable if you have trouble climbing stairs. It is a short walk to the beach about 5 mins and lounge chairs with an umbrella are available for 20 Euros for the day. There are many restaurants in the area. We felt safe walking in the area and the home has a locked gate for security. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are comfortable. If we return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Pěkné ubytování s předzahrádkou, skvělá lokalita. Obchod s potravinami hned za domem, krásný park taktéž. Lehce rušná ulice, ale velice čistá, dveře a okna výborně těsní, nebyl problém s hlukem. V bytě není tolik přirozeného světla, ale má pěkně vyřešené intimní osvětlení. Velice pěkně a vkusně navržený byt. My zde bydleli měsíc a pobyt jsme si užili. Tím že se byt nachazí v přízemí, je potřeba si dávat pozor se zvýšenou vlkostí, ale nachazí se zde odvhlčovač a koupelna je odvětrávaná. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená, není zde bohužel myčka a pánev ale jinak vše potřebné je k použití. Prostorná lednice, velký jídelní stůl. Internet byl rychlí. Chytrá televize s krásným obrazem. Valerie je skvělý člověk, přátelská, vstřícná a moc hodná. Měli jsme stěstí a ukázala nám i Bolognu. Se vším nám pomohla, na vše hezky reagovala. Mohu jen doporučit, zatím nejlepší hostitel, co jsem kdy zažil na AirBnb. Faenza je opravdu pěkné a hlavně klidné místo, krásné zelené ulice, velice čisté město.

Loretta var lätt att komma i kontakt med före och under vår vistelse. Lägenheten låg i ett lugnt område och det var tyst i huset. Modern inredning och välfungerande funktion med undantag av kyl som var lite för varm. Vi rekomenderar varmt Cervia och denna lägenheten!

What an incredible location and property, everything you need for a relaxing holiday - stunning! Owners very attentive and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Short drive to the lovely village of Brisighella, for ice cream, restaurants and the local olive oil. Faenza a short drive with everything you need to make such an amazing holiday. Take note, the pictures of the property and location are good, but it is so much better to see…..just WOW! Thank you to Fadalma (who was great with google translate and our poor Italian), Vincenzo for taking care of the pool and amenities and to Nicolò for all the local information to help us decide.

L'esperienza a casa di Francesca e Silvana é stata veramente ottima: la casa é in bellissima posizione in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima sia al centro che al mare, un supermercato a due passi e tanti negozietti e ristoranti raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Silvana ci ha accolti con calore ed é stata sempre super disponibile per qualunque nostra necessità. abbiamo soggiornato con bambini e tutto é stato preparato per accogliere al meglio anche loro. All'interno la casa é un piacere da vivere, a livello architettonico é molto bella davvero, ma anche comoda e funzionale, ben accessoriata con tutto ciò che serve a disposizione. Anche al momento del check out Silvana si è dimostrata premurosa e disponibile, ci ha permesso di usufruire dell'appartamento per qualche ora in più per consentirci una partenza più comoda con le bambine. Davvero tutto perfetto, complimenti Silvana e Francesca per la qualità del servizio e per il vostro impegno!

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. Edoardo met us, instructions were clear, location is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable. Quick WiFi, all necessary amenities. Just is very friendly, always responded quickly. House has everything you need for stay. Perfect place for starting with family and kids who like nature. Location is close to Bologna, Modena, and all surrounding cities. We hope to stay again some time. Kids liked it very much. Very recommended.

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

Geweldige accomodatie, zeker prijs/kwaliteit geweldig. Ondanks het slechte weer dat wij tijdens onze reis hadden, hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad in deze accomodatie. het tennisveld en de grote tuin bieden veel mogelijkheden tot buitenactiviteiten. Om dan nog over gitanrische zwembad MET springplank te zwijgen. Tot slot was Guido zo vriendelijk om ons bij vertrek af te zetten aan het dichtsbijzijnde busstation wat ons een 2 ritten uitspaarde. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie alleen maar aanbevelen!

Siamo andati in questa meravigliosa casa per Pasqua, due famiglie con bambini… Che dire… immersa nella natura, circondata da frutteti, la villa è così come viene descritta, pulita e perfetta sé si hanno bambini, potevano giocare all’esterno e correre in sicurezza. Ci sono molte lepri che corrono in libertà tra i frutteti cosa che per me è stata piacevole. La signora Valeriana gentilissima così come il signor Antonio, ci hanno fatto trovare delle uova di Pasqua per i bambini, succhi di frutta, una crostata e dei biscotti, ci hanno dato consigli su dove andare anche per il pranzo di Pasquetta visto che cercavamo un ristorante di pesce sul mare e ci siamo trovati molto bene, disponibili e ospitali qualità che ho spesso trovato andando in vacanza in questa regione. Direi tutto perfetto e il fatto di essere immersi nella natura a me personalmente da una pace enorme. Consiglio questa villa assolutamente, il mare e a mezz’ora di macchina, c’è un paesino vicino ben servito, e Mirabilandia a20m
