Ferienunterkünfte mit Feuerstelle in Province of Rieti

Una location semplicemente da favola con un livello di Pace e natura al TOP. E'stata una vacanza in cui sono riuscito finalmente a rilassarmi come si deve, tra ottimi ristoranti Tranquillità e servizi offerti. Veramente consigliato

Et skønt ophold. Saras sted var magisk og var endnu flottere end på billederne. Vi tilbragte 6 dage i huset, hvoraf den ene blev brugt i Rom. 50 minutters kørsel, så står man i Centrum af Rom. De resterende dage blev brugt på husets lækre faciliteter samt udforskning af de små nærliggende landsbyer. Klar anbefaling.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Una settimana da sogno in Umbria, a Casa di Totto! Situata in zona tranquilla, a 10 minuti da Spoleto (ma con ristoranti e vari alimentari nella zona), la casa è molto più bella di quanto non si veda in foto. Zona giorno spaziosa, comoda, cucina separata e attrezzata di tutto. Zona notte al piano superiore con due bagni, di cui uno in camera. Spazio esterno ampio e comodo, abbiamo cenato quasi tutte le sere sotto il bel portico! Posizione comodissima per visitare l'Umbria (Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno e tanti bellissimi borghi). Last but not least: l'attenzione che Andrea riserva all'ospite. Ci ha accolti di persona, facendo trovare tutto il necessario per una colazione abbondante (brioches, latte, yogurt, acqua, caffè, tè, marmellate...). La comunicazione è stata eccellente, pronto per qualsiasi evenienza, senza mai essere invadente, riservandoci anche una buonissima colazione la mattina della partenza! È stata dura tornare, a casa di Totto siamo stati benissimo! Consigliatissima!

Antonella's place is incredible... views of the Castello di Rocca Sinibalda, huge courtyard in the entrance, bbq area, updated amenities and great location. Antonella was the icing on the cake with great communication, references on nearby things to do and places to eat and a joy. I think I have a new friend, especially since I just bought a house 15 minutes away. Don't hesitate to book Antonella's home, you will thank me later.

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is spacious with a really nice bbq set up. You’ll find everything you need for your stay and even more,the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. Giuliano is really nice and responsive,great stay.

Giorgios Haus liegt in einem herrlich angelegten Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und ausreichend schattigen Plätzen, selbst bei größter Hitze. Der Infinity-Pool hat eine tolle Größe, einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die traumhafte Landschaft, ist sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet und die vielen liebevollen Details machen es zu einer besonders schönen Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfassend und es werden sogar schöne Pooltücher bereitgestellt! Die beiden im Erdgeschoss gelegenen Schlaf- und Badezimmer bleiben auch an heißen Tagen kühl, da sie weniger Tageslicht abbekommen, bzw. sich durch Fensterläden gut abdunkeln lassen. Giorgio reagierte stets sehr schnell und zuvorkommend auf unsere Nachrichten und hat mit seinem herzlichen Nachbarn Alessio einen stets erreichbaren und sehr hilfsbereiten Kontakt vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Świetne miejsce do odpoczynku od cywilizacji. Dom na końcu długiej i krętej drogi w górach, z pięknymi widokami i klimatem rodzinnego, wiejskiego domu. Pomocna i zawsze dostępna właścicielka oraz jej rodzina mieszkająca niedaleko. Trochę niełatwo samodzielnie dostać się do domu, ale pomogła nam pani Marcella i wszystko było w porządku. Jedyna uwaga dla osób mających trudności w poruszaniu się: wanna w łazience wymaga uwagi przy korzystaniu z niej, nie należy ona do wygodnych.

L'appartamento è parte di un antico casale ristrutturato con cura e con gusto. La natura intorno è meravigliosa e il borgo di Acquasparta, distante solo pochi minuti, merita sicuramente una visita. È facile spostarsi dalla zona per raggiungere molte mete significative. Alice e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto con grande calore e ci hanno dato ottime indicazioni sulla zona. Speriamo di ritornare durante la bella stagione!

Abbiamo trascorso a Ferentillo solo 3 giorni, ma la zona e la pace della struttura meriterebbero molto di più. Stupenda la piscina per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di camminate. Ci piacerebbe molto tornarci

Simone was very nice and helped with everything we needed. The apartment was pretty, nice location great view. We even had orange and clementine from the tree!

Posto stupendo, ancor più bello che in foto. In mezzo alla natura, rustico ma curatissimo nei dettagli. Anche l’accoglienza è stata fantastica. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Da Maurizio potete aspettarvi tutta la sua ospitalità e disponibilità, una persona attenta a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. La casa, pulitissima e da poco rinnovata si trova a 2 chilometri da Narni, comodissima da arrivarci. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza a Narni e la conoscenza di Maurizio. Per noi è stato un piacere..

Sweet cabin with everything you would need. Beautiful views all round. the kitchen had a full sized fridge and everything we needed. Host was lovely.

Ottimo soggiorno, location immersa nel verde e ben curata. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per consigli e check-in. Consigliato!
