Molto accogliente e fresco d'estate, si estende al piano terra in una delle parti più suggestive del borgo: salotto con camino, camera matrimoniale con bagno/doccia, cucina che si apre sul patio privato, dal quale si gode la vista di splendidi tramonti e vedute sulla valle del Tevere. Splendida piscina in condivisione con tutti i residenti, insieme al parco e percorsi nel bosco.

Offriamo in posizione centrale nel paese di Giove, a due passi da tutti i servizi, dal maestoso castello e dal borgo antico, servito da parcheggi liberi, un miniappartamento di circa 32 mq al primo piano con ingresso indipendente da scala esterna, composto da: piccolo disimpegno esterno abitabile, soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, camera matrimoniale con termocondizionatore e balconcino di affaccio sulla via principale. Nel bagnetto è presente wc con bidet incorporato e box doccia.
