This historic home sits on 20+ acres of fields, gardens, & surrounded by forest. The farm also provides land for Langley Community Gardens, chickens, cows, & a field of blooming dahlia's & farm flowers through summer. Step back in time & enjoy this peaceful mini farm experience. Located just minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and the charming sea town of Langley, our little organic hobby farm nestled beneath old evergreens offers convenient respite. Interact with sassy swan-like sebastopol geese (they love apples!) or a kaleidoscope of 50ish chickens, two roosters and our most recent additions: two brother goats named Frank and Petunia. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute that we call the "100 Aker Wood".

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Welcome, Hikers! Our 30 acre property adjoins the verdant lowland forest of Olympic National Park. From the shared patio, sit and enjoy your coffee or wine and look right down the Elwha Valley to the majestic Olympic Mountains with a view of the Elwha River and Mt. Carrie glacier. The Hiker's Cabin serves as an ideal base for daily excursions to explore Olympic National Park and local beaches. Walk directly from the Hiker’s Cabin onto trails leading into the park!
