Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood with great location! The home was very clean, had nice amenities, and we felt right at home. Loved the pool and private back yard. Dara was quick to respond to any questions and made the rental a 5 star experience.

The house is even more stunning in person than in the photos! The outdoor living space is exceptional, and our kids had a blast in the pool and spa. We also enjoyed fishing off the back pier and watching the turtles in the morning. Milli was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend paying for pool heat – it’s definitely worth it!

Maria was great! Always got back with us to answer our questions quickly. The pictures online was exactly what place looked like! And her place is located in the middle of everything there was to do, in each direction. We loved that and took advantage of it! We walked the neighborhood almost everyday. Maria lives in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the walks, looking at the houses and how they were landscaped. This was the first time that my wife and I stayed in an AIRBNB for a month. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The only thing that would have made it nicer was getting to enjoy the new couch that was supposed to have been delivered while we were there. I'm sure the next renters will get to enjoy it.

Ryan place was absolutely beautiful. The backyard was so peaceful and relaxing especially in the mornings watching the sunrise overlooking the lake! The house was just as pictured! My kids and dogs loved the pool and entire home! We didn’t want to leave!! I would 10/10 recommend- we will definitely be back soon!

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Nice place for two, central location, quiet, simple, budget friendly, having access to laundry is a plus! There are a few extras that could come in hand like sprays, toiletries, snacks, very helpful.

We loved our stay! It was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. We wanted access to the beach and it was right across the street and down and bit. We enjoyed the clean house and updated features . We especially loved the little bathroom touches … we forgot to pack Q-tips but then found some in the bathrooms - it was great :) we will definitely stay here again !

Andy's place was very quaint and comfortable, perfect for our quick visit to Cape Coral to visit relatives.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

We traveled to Gabriel’s place during spring break. Beautiful house perfect for families, all the amenities you need for the stay and for the beach. We really enjoyed heading out to Sanibel island which wasn’t to far from the house. Gabriel was so great at being responsive and also giving recommendations on places to go and things to eat. The coffee bar was a great thing to wake up to get the day started! Will definitely be back!

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the pool – clean, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It felt like having our own personal resort! The host was super friendly and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation spot!

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.
