Located right in the downtown center of Faro a few meters away from the marina and on an adjacent alleyway to the main street. At the end of the boulevard there is a lovely restored palace and the old town sits just behind it. Honestly, the location couldn't get any better. It's in the middle of the city and you can open the huge windows which confers the house its luminous character; and hear the passerbys pass the vibes that Faro has or take a sunset break to hear the birds chirp on the patio.

Please note that this is not a banal rental but a fabulous family property with plenty of character. We ask you to treat it with due respect as we put a lot of work and heart to it. This house is on a very big property with a huge garden spreading in front of it. It is a beautiful and colorful piece of art. The swimming pool is shared. Casa Rustica (has interior similarities with the chalets, mainly with its beautiful sloping wooden ceiling) is located in the heart of Olhão, located in one of the most typical neighborhoods of the city, it stands out from the others for its flowerbeds. A takeaway with typical and varied Portuguese food is 60 meters from the accommodation. Restaurants, bakeries, mini markets...( 100 mts) Markets, marina, ferry boat.. (1.5 km) Free parking at the door. Very quiet place great to relax.

This place is quite end in the nature, where can wake up with birdsong . Also in the property are garden and a chicken coop.There is also a family of ostriches. House has large terrace .Inside room with double bed,loft room 2 single beds .If you want you can make double bed ,roof windows let you look stars.

Our house is more than 100 years old. Has been constructed as a fisherman’s warehouse. During the renovation process we wanted to combine old Portuguese style with comfortable modernity.
