Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Appartamento in stile greco e marino finito di ristrutturare a luglio 2023. Arredato in maniera semplice ed elegante, il colore bianco e il legno vi faranno sentire subito in vacanza appena entrerete nell'ampio salone. Vi sembrerà di essere su un'isola della Grecia, con il controsoffitto di travi e canniccio, il letto matrimoniale di cemento così come il mobile tv ed i bagni. Una casa semplice ma di pregio dotata di tutti i comfort possibili gestibili tramite Alexa. Un appartamento magnifico!

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Es ist eine märchenhaft isolierte versteckte Ecke zum Entspannen. +++ Der Ort ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar (20-30 Minuten) und es gibt keine WLAN-Verbindung+++ .

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein einzigartiger privater Raum für Gäste und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend (einem Innenhof) abseits von Verkehr und Lärm, aber in der Nähe des Zentrums von Pietrasanta (8 Minuten zu Fuß, 550 mt.). Zwei kostenlose Fahrrader stehen zur Verfugung, um den Strand zu erreichen (ca.5km). Großer kostenloser Parkplatz 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Pizzeria / Bar, Supermarkt, Kosmetikerin,Apotheke und andere Dienstleistungen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie! Il giardino è interamente racchiuso da alte siepi che conferiscono privacy e riservatezza e anche un ottimo spazio per eventuali animali.
