Luminoso bilocale composto da sala con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con comoda doccia ed una camera con letto 2 piazze alla francese. Situato in Quercianella è parte della storica Villa Patrizia, circondato da un ampio parco condominiale di pini e da un boschetto il cui sentiero conduce direttamente alla baia del Rogiolo. Discesa al mare con possibilità ricovero sdraie, ombrelloni ecc.. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del parco. Servizi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Sarete a meno di 300 metri dal mare in una delle più belle coste della Toscana! L'altro punto di forza è la logistica: tutti i negozi e i servizi distano al più 15 minuti a piedi, inclusa la stazione che è ben collegata al resto della rete ferroviaria, con treni diretti anche per Firenze e Roma. In ogni caso, avrete un posto auto privato. Ricordate che soggiornerete in una meravigliosa località balneare: benchè le foto evochino una grande quiete, d'estate non è certo il regno del silenzio!

Das Anwesen liegt ca. 1 km vom Meer (nur 8-10 Gehminuten) entfernt und hat im Hinterland noch ca. 150 ha Land mit Getreidefeldern, Macchia und Olivenbäumen sowie einem kleinen See. Die Fattoria mit ca. 150 qm Wohnfläche wurde um 1800 erbaut und dient seitdem der Familie als Sommer- und Landresidenz. An der Vorderseite liegt ein klassischer Garten. Der 6 x 20 Meter grosse Pool wird auch von anderen 2 Gästefamilien genutzt, bietet jedoch durch die grosszügige Anlage genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
