Beautiful beaches and a dramatic coastline offer great opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. It has a double bed, comfortable mattress, fridge, gas stove and sun-deck. The outdoor hot water shower with view and compost toilet give you a perfect off-grid experience. Wilderness and nature are key!

Wir sind nur 10 Min. vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß durch den Strand oder 2 Min. mit dem Zug entfernt. Im Zentrum finden Sie Wäschereien, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Gesundheitszentren, Restaurants, usw. Sie können auch gerne Fahrräder oder ein Auto für eine Tour mieten. Wir sind ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto von Lissabon.

A 130 m² duplex penthouse at the top of a historic villa, with panoramic Atlantic views. Once the artist’s studio, it retains a strong sense of authorship, defined by five-metre-high ceilings and a fluid dialogue between levels. It offers a spacious kitchen and a large dining and living area filled with natural light. There are two sleeping areas, including one on the mezzanine, and a generous bathroom. Oriented to all four directions, it offers a luminous atmosphere.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
