Stefano è davvero un Superhost!!! Disponibile ed estremamente cortese, il suo appartamento è il posto perfetto per visitare entrambe Sirolo e Numana: posizione centralissima, ottimo il servizio parcheggio offerto dall’host e il sentiero breve per la spiaggia parte proprio da Sky! L’appartamento era molto pulito, silenzioso, curato nei dettagli e fornito di tutto. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la spesa di benvenuto offerta dall’host, i vari prodotti per l’igiene (non scontati sui servizi Airbnb!) e le ricercate leccornie per la colazione e gli snack pomeridiani vista mare! Non potevamo trovare posto migliore, grazie di cuore per averci fatto sentire a casa! Francesca e Danilo

Wir verbrachten einige Tage in der charmanten Villa von Paolo. Alles lief sehr gut und wir fühlten uns wohl. Paolo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. La Terrazza del Conero was fantastisch, het uitzicht was adembenemend. Binnen was het gezellig en praktisch ingericht. De echtgenote van Christian sprak vloeiend Engels, dat was gemakkelijk voor de communicatie. We hebben mooie uitstapjes gedaan. We raden deze accommodatie ten zeerste aan. Gr Nicole

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto piacevoli e ci siamo trovati proprio bene nell'appartamento che è accogliente, ben attrezzato e spazioso. foto e descrizione corrispondono alla realtà. Davide molto gentile e reattivo. La posizione è perfetta per conoscere questa bellissima area dell'Italia, che è un mix perfetto di arte e natura. Assolutamente consigliato!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

Super Unterkunft in einem typischen italienischen Dorf. Ruhig mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Pizzeria 50 m entfernt. Zentral zwischen Bergen und Meer gelegen.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

To były wyjątkowe cztery dni w Ankonie. Bardzo komfortowy apartament, niezwykle czysty i fantastycznie wyposażony. Na miejscu zastaliśmy dosłownie wszystko do idealnego wypoczynku. Właścicielka zadbała o nas jak o własną rodzinę! Zawsze pomocna, profesjonalna i komunikatywna! Z wielką przyjemnością kiedyś wrócimy... Wojtek i Adam.

Appartamento come nuovo e molto gradevole (ancora meglio che in foto), pulitissimo, in pieno centro storico, ma molto silenzioso. Soggiorno nel complesso eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, in der wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft voll und ganz und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
