Felicita was very warm and welcoming. She advised us on where to park our car for free, and even when we mistakenly went into a pay-for-parking place, she encouraged us to go later to the free parking area, which was actually closer than our paid parking spot. Our GPS was terrible for locating her place so we got lost when walking to it, but she instantly responded and met us personally in the piazza to take us to her door. She has all kinds of amenities and snacks, even a washer/dryer, what a plus! And the studio apartment is very cozy, perfect for one person or a couple, and very quiet despite being right in the center of town. Felicita provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Also, the tourist information office is very close by with many free brochures and maps. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I’m beyond excited with this place and the host. everything was excellent, very clean place, smelled lovely, had toys for kids to play with, the host left for us all kind of sweets, icecream, juice, water, some food for breakfast, really really nice. and the communication was excellent! and I asked a lot of questions, believe me! she replied instantly and very helpful and detailed. highly recommend!

Great place and excellent value. Although it was a bit out of the way, I felt right at home. Roberta was very responsive and did her best to accommodate our early check-in. She even replied to messages late at night and helped us get back in when we accidentally left the key inside.

Da wir mit dem eigenen PKW anreisten, war uns ein privater Stellplatz in Rom sehr wichtig. Daher sind wir auf Silvias Appartement gestoßen. Die Lage ist außerhalb von Rom, aber der Bahnhof liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man ist super komfortabel, schnell und günstig in der Innenstadt. Darüber hinaus kommt man auf dem Weg zum Bahnhof auch regelmäßig an einem Supermarkt vorbei. Silvias Gastgeberinnenqualitäten sind einmalig! Die Unterkunft war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und extrem stilvoll eingerichtet: genügend Utensilien zum Kochen, ein bequemes Sofa, ein großes und sauberes Badezimmer, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und Putzmittel. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia lief auch problemlos - sie war immer als Ansprechpartnerin verfügbar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade, dass ich nur fünf Sterne vergeben kann, denn Silvia hätte definitiv 6 Sterne verdient in unseren Augen!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Stayed here recently with my partner and my 2 year old son, the place is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and the views all around are unbelievable. The host was always on hand and really flexible (our check in ended up being way later than when thought due to our flights) Honestly couldn’t recommend this listing enough. Grazie mille Belkys.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

This house is located in a truly dreamy location. With the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a generous yard, swimming pool and such a sweet and cozy house. It felt very welcoming and relaxing. Takes exactly 6-7 minutes to walk to the lake and about the same to go to town and eat lovely Italian food. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and certainly come back.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Hezké ubytování. Vše potřebné jsme na ubytování meli. Vybavená kuchyň. A nejlepší komunikace s hostitelem. Se vším poradil pomohl.

Logement très bien situé. Bus et métro à proximité. Hôte très accueillante dès notre arrivée . Je recommande cet appartement.

Ho atteso la nascita della mia bambina e sono stato coccolato dal comfort offerto da Antonio che non trascura nessun dettaglio. Splendido lo spazio per la valigia nell'armadio comodissimo il letto. Un posto accogliente e dotato anche di uno spazio esterno per relax.

El apartamento de Ele nos encantó, muy bonito, amplio, limpio, excelente lugar para descansar, libre de ruido. Fácil acceso a través de self check in, lugar muy seguro, cerca de supermercados y lugares para comer. Con el bus 32 que pasa justo en la esquina te conectas fácilmente con todos los puntos de interés de Roma, pasa hasta media noche. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, muy amable, estuvo atenta en todo momento a nuestras necesidades incluso dándonos tips para el transporte.

It’s very clean apartment, nice equipped, have everything for staying. If u don’t wanna to stay in the noisy center this apartment is really nice option. Luigi is really good host, answered very fast and meet with some welcome stuff. So this apartment is excellent choice for this price to stay in Rome. Recommend

L’appartamento di Luca e Irene è in una buona posizione per visitare Roma, con una stazione dei bus poco fuori casa e una della metro a 500m a piedi. L’appartamento in sé e molto carino e in ottime condizioni di pulizia. Irene e Luca sono stati gentilissimi lungo tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per un concerto allo Stadio Olimpico. Casa ristrutturata, dotata di ogni comfort e pulita. Completa di cucina con tutti gli utensili, condizionatori e balcone. Vicinanza alle fermate dell'autobus comode per raggiungere il centro e lo stadio Olimpico. Pensavamo di avere difficoltà nel tornare dallo stadio ma siamo riusciti benissimo con i mezzi. (Farla a piedi sarebbe stato un po' lunga e la strada è in salita) Unica pecca le chiavi del cancello esterno per entrare nell'appartamento. L'abbiamo sempre trovato aperto tranne una volta e in quell'occasione abbiamo trovato qualcuno che ce l'ha aperto per fortuna. Nel complesso consiglio questo appartamento
