Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Rom

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

Excelente alternativa para descansar antes de volar, la casa de Manuel y Francesca nos resultó ideal, un lugar cómodo con todo para pasarla bien. Ellos muy amables, estuvieron atentos a lo que podíamos necesitar. Lo recomendamos sin dudar!

Die Wohnung von Francesca hat eine super Lage. Der Balkon ist fantastisch, man kann auf das Meer schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Francesca lief ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Me quedado en este maravilloso alojamiento por 3 noches . Está frente a la playa lo cual hace que este alojamiento sea aún mejor , no está muy lejos de roma , así que puedes quedarte aquí disfrutar de la playa y el sol y también ir y visitar la ciudad de roma . El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y ordenado además y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión es totalmente maravilloso, es muy amable y siempre está atento a cualquier cosa que necesites, ya sea café , toallas limpias , aperitivos o cualquier otra cosa . Me sentí muy segura y cómodo en este alojamiento, realmente me sentí en casa , así que definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje 😊☺️☺️

Handige plek om Rome te bezoeken en fijn om direct vanaf het huis naar het strand te lopen en te genieten van de mooie zonsondergang. Daniela is erg vriendelijk, communiceert snel en laat je direct thuisvoelen in het huis.

Stefano’s place is well decorated and cheerful and has all of the amenities that anyone could want. There is a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view of sea. It is walking distance to the train to Rome (about a 30 minute train ride to all of the sites in Rome). There are several grocery stores in walking distance to Stafano’s place. Highly recommend! We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

The house is in an excellent location making for easy drives to Bracciano and Trevignano Romano, both filled with restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pizza oven made cooking a variety of foods quite easy. The view is positively beautiful. Vincenzo and his father are highly welcoming hosts and clearly love and take care of their property.

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

This place is amazing! Orietta is a very very sweet lady! She is very responsive! The house looked exactly like the photos-even better to be honest. The photos don’t do the house justice (; it’s a large space and feels like a 5 star resort. Not to mention there were 3 bikes included which made the experience amazing! About a 5 minute bike ride to some lovely cafes, 10 minutes to Conad grocery store and a 15 minute drive to Fuimicino. I highly recommend going for a late night bike ride! Everything about Oriettas home was perfect. This place will not disappoint you! My family and I shed tears leaving haha! Thank you so much Orietta we will for sure be back!

Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

Gaia was a remarkable host, super responsive and helpful with everything on the check in and was so lovely to chat with i can't wait to come back this is one of my favorite units to date!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung, ideal für uns, um eine Nacht zwischen zwei Flügen zu verbringen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr zentral gelegen, viele Restaurants fussläufig.

Csodás napokat töltöttünk el Isabella villájában. 8 felnőtt és 2 gyerek kényelmesen elfért. A konyha kiválóan felszerelt, kényelmes nagy közösségi terek, hatalmas terasz. Isabella nagyon segítőkész, egyből válaszol, a reptérről a szállásra való eljutásban is segített. A házba való bejutás könnyen ment, nagyon rugalmasak és kedvesek. Közel a buszmegálló, ahonnan Rómába közvetlen járattal be lehet jutni. A tengerpart is nagyon közel, kb 3 perc gyalog! Mi emiatt választottuk. A bolt kicsit messzebb gyalogosan, de biciklivel vagy busszal is megközelíthető. Egyedül az egyik szuteréni fürdőszoba volt kényelmetlen és nem túl tiszta, felújításra szorul. Ennyi emberre talán kevés a fürdők száma, de megoldottuk, nem volt gond. A szuterénben a legnagyobb szoba nem teljesen elkülönített. Összességében ajánlom nagycsaládosoknak és nagyobb baráti társaságnak, hangulatos ház kedves tulajdonossal.

She was very kind and let us leave our luggage in there while they cleaned it after the people before us (because we were so early from when our flight came in). Very kind and helpful with anything we needed!

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!
