Dishwasher, laundry, shower/bathtub, tv in living room and master bed room. DirecTV in living room 1 king size bed, and 2 twin beds. Couch in living room has a queen size pull out bed. No wifi but good service through most cell phone companies. Truck trailer and semi parking available with notice

Stay in one of our 3 cabins, each equipped with its own 2-person hot tub on the back deck for you to enjoy under the stars. Breakfast is included with your stay. Each cabin offers a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, thermostat-controlled gas fireplace, a/c unit, shower, cable tv, and a dvd player. All of that situated on 13+ beautiful acres complete with a pond and walking paths through the woods! 15 minutes from Kansas Star Casino and 10 minute drive to Derby with city amenities.

Within minutes be floating down the Rock River Rapids or checking out the Field Station; Dinosaur Park. Decarsky dog Park is a great place to meet new friends. Escape to this peaceful oasis cabin and enjoy a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. Fish, kayak, paddle boat, explore the walking trails, or simply unwind while watching the local wildlife. Start your day with a beautiful sunrise and end it by your private fire pit or on the front porch in oversized chairs, listening to the fountain. Please note that swimming is not permitted in the pond. If you're looking to cool off, Rock River Rapids Aquatic Park in Derby, KS is just 11 minutes away.

We added a space to our home that could someday be an in-law suite, but for now it’s a hidden visitor’s getaway! Sitting on 2 acres in East Wichita, this an excellent location. With its own private entrance this space is attached but completely separated from the main home. You will have your own private suite. A perfect location for someone on the go or to just relax. Since we live on property we do host socials from time to time. If there are people around consider yourself invited!

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.
