Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children. LA MAGIONE is part of this place.
