Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. The house is your host's childhood home. This special destination is close to both the Lordi's Square (15 minutes walk) and Ounasvaara's nature making it easy to plan your visit. Free parking for guests (max 2 cars, no electric car charging!) This house is one of the few houses in Rovaniemi built before the Second World War. Pharmacy and nearest Supermarket are less than 10 minutes' walk away. Ounasvaara's nature and outdoor trails can be reached by walking directly from the yard.
