I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Great property, perfect for 4 adults and a child or 5 adults. Parking at the property for 2 cars, one on the drive and one on the road. Walking distance to Warwick City and the castle which is an absolute must! Beds were very comfy, and such a quiet location. Hosts extremely responsive, easy to check in. A great very comfortable property. We loved it. Would highly recommend.

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. This was our second stay at Catshill, and we absolutely love it here! We have family close by, and there are some lovely walks around the area. We highly recommend Elizabeth's cottage, and have plans to make this a regular stay when we are visiting family. Elizabeth is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive.

Wonderful place to stay. peaceful with gorgeous views, beautiful sunsets. It has all you need, clean , spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive if needed, but never intrusive. This was our 4th stay, so that speaks volumes.

Our first visit to Stratford upon Avon was a great one in part due to our wonderful stay at Lisa's place. It was spotless and well maintained; it looked recently renovated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Being on the ground floor, it was easy to bring our luggage in and out with a baby and our stroller. The location was the best part, being right across the street from Shakespeare's birthplace, and a very short walk to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Many thanks for a memorable stay, Lisa!

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

This is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at. The location and the apartment are amazing. private , very clean and an amazing host. We stayed here for a few days after a very long journey and felt right at home. Kids were very happy. Place is quiet and private. Great location. Thank you Kam for being a great host.

We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at Cotswolds View. The highlight wasn’t just the apartment, but also our fantastic hosts, Genine and her husband! Thanks to their warm welcome, it felt more like a homestay than a typical Airbnb. I’ll keep the details under wraps so future guests won’t expect the same, but for guests like us—unfamiliar with the local scene and transport - they offered extraordinary support that went well beyond any host obligation. Also, they were kind enough to show two donkeys to our child. He was so excited! I would give this place a 5+ star rating if I could. Thank you so much for your kindness, Genine. Perfect location - right in the centre of Stratford within walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants, river and attractions. The flat itself was perfect for a couple and our dog with everything that we needed. Parking instructions and check in instructions were all very clear. We had a great time. Thank you.

My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

Claire’s apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Broadway with our baby and dog. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfy, immaculately clean and very practical. Claire had really thought of everything. There were mirrors and plug sockets in all the right places, and labels on things like light switches and kitchen items so everything is easy to understand and use, and there were some lovely little touches, such as welcome drinks and treats. I especially appreciated how clean the kitchen appliances were, as I was using them to prepare food for our baby, and having a washing machine and dishwasher also came in handy! We would not hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family.

Andra’s place was great. She was a really helpful host and the flat was clean & bright & just what we were looking for.

+ On the positive side, as with other Mihir's apartments, its very clean, perfectly well equipped, modern, comfortable. We enjoyed the nice TV set with subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen is amazing and complimentary coffee and others treats were much appreciated. The 2 bedrooms are clean with quality sheets and mattresses. The bathrooms are just perfect. Arrival is in full autonomy with clear instructions provided. Congratulations to Mihir for his dedication to being a great host providing a comfortable experience to his guests - As mentioned in the description, the neighbourhood is not very nice (dark alleys, pigeons everywhere, seemingly abandoned buildings). On top of that there happened to be big construction works next door and it was very noisy on Monday and Tuesday, beginning at 7:30AM
