Amazing sunsets, award wining wine tasting, hiking and the best bass fishing! 2 welcoming homes on the property to sleep a total of 14. 2 secured fenced in acres, private boat ramp, new pier and parking on private dock. Kayaks and Canoe for our guests to explore the quiet cove. Due to negative experiences we will not rent our home to those without reviews; policy agreement with our neighbors and the sheriffs department. Thank you for understanding.

Located on the shoreline of Clear Lake, California which is believed to be the oldest lake in North America and the largest, natural, fresh water lake in the State of California. Take in some of the countries best bass fishing right from our dock. Visit local wineries, one of our museums or enjoy a hike through our valley & mountain trails. Swim, paddleboard or kayak on the lake directly from the house.

Anchor's Rest

Anchor's Rest is a spacious 1,700 sq ft home that sits right on the Keys, offering easy access to Clearlake. Beautifully decorated, this house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with stunning views from the master bedroom & living room. Inside, you will find cozy furniture and an assortment of board games for family fun. The fully equipped kitchen will provide ample seating making it easy to host BBQ's. Enjoy a private dock ideal for securing boats and fishing for bass, catfish or crappie.

Sleepy Bear Chalet is an upscale getaway. Located in the highly desirable vacation community of Lakemont Pines. Lakemont Pines is unique as it provides a private lake(10 min walk ),offers a sandy beach, roped off swimming area, paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, floating tubes of all shapes, sand toys, snack shack, and games/ activities. During summer month, HOA requires daily lake access fee $8 for each guest ( 3 and under are free). Guest will pay the fee to HOA directly at the lake.
