Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

A 10 mn des 2 entrées de l'autoroute en direction de l'Italie, Monaco, et Cannes. Ce studio est climatisé, rénové avec goût vue dégagée sur les collines. Accès par une route comportant plusieurs lacets. Logement indépendant de la maison endroit très calme et verdoyant. Pas d activités proche sur la commune. Voiture indispensable.
