This is the 2nd time staying here, and I will be booking again. The home is very comfortable, homie and Kathie is an excellent host. She is very responsive and leaves clear instructions on how things work.

We had a blast staying here! We went with our families to celebrate our daughters’ 2nd and 5th birthdays. There was plenty of room, lots of costumes to play dress-up, and the pool was so nice. I am a super picky person when it comes to cleanliness and even brought my own supplies to use, but I never had to get them out. It was spotless when we got there. Be sure to read over the binder when you arrive; it has lots of helpful info!

It was a nice place. Everything was decent. Quiet and a nice location. Just notice that pictures show a very nice pool of which there is, but is not included in the price of what your paying for. Which is fine, just make note of that and maybe shouldn't be as a first picture of advertisement. You can buy a pass/day for the pool is what we found out. Overall, I would come back again and plan on it! Thank you for offering this nice place!

The condo was very clean and conveniently located right across the street from the ocean. They went above and beyond supplying complimentary items such as deodorant, milk, cereal, and so many other things that they didn’t have to provide, which we thought was very nice of them! The beds were comfy and the top floor has a great view of the ocean.

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

The beach bungalow was the perfect place for a very relaxing vacation. Spent mornings on the beach-facing deck before walking down to the beach. They had everything we needed…beach towels, blanket, chairs, umbrellas. Then a short walk to bars and restaurants. Had a great time. Rob is a great host…responsive when you need him, but leaves clear instructions so you can also keep to yourselves.

Great place with alot of peace and quiet! Perfect trip for a family with plenty of onsite activities to do, recommend!

Great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Next door bar is loud so bring ear plugs. Would stay here again

HIGHLY recommend!!! This home was absolutely perfect! Zero complaints! Everything was exactly what it stated and looked exactly like the pictures! Emily and Maria were amazing! Very accommodating and friendly and quick to respond! The resort is stunning! And only a few mins walk from the house to the resort. I couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be renting again in the future! My kids, husband and myself didn’t want to leave! Thanks again so much!!!! We’ll be back!! 😀

Uma casa super tranquila. Bem localizada ao lado do Walmart. Anfitriões excelentes, com uma resposta super rápida. Recomendo muito a hospedagem. A casa é super limpa e muito agradável. Tivemos um ótimo período de férias na casa!

The house was perfect for all six of us. Jessie was super responsive to all our questions. Having on suite bathrooms for each bedroom was exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed the heated pool during our time there. Would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was great! Christine provided all the instructions we needed and made check-in and check-out very easy. Place was clean and had everything we needed!

Claudette’s appartment was so peaceful and clean and made our whole weekend so much easier. She was friendly and responsive and gave us everything we needed for an easy check in 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely come back! So greatful

From the second we got to the house to when we left, it was great. The main reason we selected this house was because of the backyard. It is a great house to select if you plan on leaving your pet at home; there is a fence all around the house. The only thing we had an issue with was the water. There was an odd odor when we turned on the faucet. However, other than that the house was great. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Florida again.

Great Location! Home was clean, and very spacious with plenty of lounging space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

Our stay here was so great! The house was clean, well put together and so comfortable. They even had amenities for toddlers. This is a true family home. Host was great and so friendly. Will definitely stay again.

This was the most beautiful location I've stayed at yet!! You wake up in the morning to a beautiful view of the lake! The house is a loft style and it is very spacious. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. Not cluttered and had everything you need for the stay. The pool was absolutely wonderful! There are chairs you can use on the deck and in the water. It is tropical and private! Theresa is the epitome of a Superhost and I'm ready for my next trip!!!

We had a wonderful time at Antonio’s place!! The condo is incredibly clean and super well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is amazing, really central, close to many stores and restaurants, and all the highlights Orlando has to offer. The complex is beautiful, quiet, with friendly neighbours and super clean. The pool was lovely and the parks are beautiful. We would love to come back again next year !!! Thank you for everything Antonio!!!

Our family was in town for a work trip with some time at Disney mixed in. This home was the perfect balance for us. On days where we didn’t go to the Disney parks, the kids played at the pool on the property or we went to the neighborhood pool / water slides. On days going to the park it’s a very easy drive less than 20min depending what time you go. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Overall great value home.
