“la Casa di Paglia”, uebersetzt “das Haus aus Stroh”, ist ein, nach Bioarchitektonischen Grundsatzen konstruiertes Landhaus. Die verwendeten Baumaterialien sind Holz und Stroh. Die Bauweise entspricht der ursprunglichen Konstruktion des uns bekannten Fachwerkbaus. Das Wohnklima des Hauses ist aufgrund seiner Bauweise und der Verwendung von ausgesuchten und biologischen Baumaterialien einzigartig und unvergleichbar. Der Schutz der Natur und Respekt unserer Umwelt sind die Grundprinzipien unseres Feriendomizils und unseres alltaglichen Lebens. Wir selbst bewohnen einen Teil des Hauses. “La Casa di Paglia ist in San Felice del Benaco, nur einen kurzen FuBweg vom Strand “la Baia del Vento” entfernt. Wir bieten unseren Gaesten 2 Wohnungen an. “La Noce” e “L'Ulivo”. La Noce bietet Platz fur 3 Personen und ist ca. 60 qm. Gross. L'Ulivo bietet Platz fur bis zu 5 Personen und ist ca. 75 qm. Gross. Beide Wohnungen verfuegen ueber einen private Aussenterrasse. Die Wohnungen sind komplett ausgestattet, und auch fur Personen mit Handicap geeignet. Tiere sind bei uns willkommen. Wir freuen uns auf Sie und Ihre Familie, Vierbeiner inclusive.

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy).
