E' ubicata al centro del paese, ha un cortile interno con possibilità di parcheggio. E' in prossimità del Museo archeologico, comune, farmacia e tutti i servizi essenziali. Nello stesso cortile c'è la possibilità di prenotare la casa "il focolare" per 6 persone e "focolare piano terra" per 2 persone.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Casa Janas liegt im Zentrum von Pabillonis, 5 Minuten von der SS131 und den antiken Bädern von Sardara entfernt, eine strategische Lage, um die nur 20 Minuten entfernten Strände der Costa Verde, die Bergbaustätten von Montevecchio und archäologische Stätten zu erreichen.
