È un piacere accogliervi nel mio appartamento. Ho ristrutturato tutto l'appartamento e ho realizzato la maggior parte dei mobili con legno/ferro per uno stile rustico ma anche unico. Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. Free street parking a few mins walk. (Heavy suitcases not recommended).

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Neu-renovierte Unterkunft im Herzen vom typisch italienischen Dörfchen Laglio, dass durch seinen prominenten Bewohner George Clooney bestens bekannt ist. Das kleine Haus zieht sich über 3 Etagen und zeichnet sich durch die tolle Kombination von antiken, traditionellen Elementen und modernen Design-Details aus. Die Terrasse mit ihrem großzügigen Seeblick ist atemberaubend und lädt zum Verweilen ein. In dem kleinen Seitengässchen direkt am Comer See liegt das Haus zentral und dennoch ruhig.
