Ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with free parking in a very quiet location. 10 minute walk to Harborne High Street & bus stops to the city centre. 14 minute walk to QE & Women's Hospitals and 24 minute walk to University of Birmingham central campus. 17 minute walk to University train station & medical school. Desirable Harborne has an excellent high street with a wealth of restaurants, cafes and shops, beautiful parks, a modern Leisure Centre and good transport links to the city centre.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

This new built new furniture house has a unique design with a heart warming welcome host. This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away. Strictly No small/big party allow, NO visitors allow.
