Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

Austin was quick to respond about any questions and overall a great host! I recommend 10/10 experience. A beach right across the street, safe area, and had everything we needed. Will be back again :)

Fabulous location right on the beach AND walkable to some very nice restaurants and shops. The condo is well designed and furnished. Two full baths and well equipped kitchen. And a wonderful State Park beach is right underneath you. Not crowded, quiet, blissful week spending time with family and new grandchild!

We had a wonderful weekend in SB. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the deck was just what we needed! The place was large with quick access to the beach. We will be returning for sure!

This is a gorgeous apartment. The views are stunning and unobstructed. The home is very well taken care of and has everything you could possibly need. I loved the high quality sheets, towels and items in the kitchen. It is also in a very quiet complex. I slept so well listening to the sounds of the waves outside. They also have a free EV charger if you’re driving. I thought that was a nice touch. Finally, it’s walking distance to the beach, my favorite restaurant on the beach (Shoreline Cafe), my favorite restaurant in the harbor (Brophies), and you can walk along the beach for miles right outside the apartment. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Paradise Retreats!

This was the second time that I’ve stayed at Paul and Favian’s place and both times I had a great experience! The room is clean, well-equipped and neatly decorated in a vintage flair that fits perfectly to the laid back beach town. The location is in walking distance to the beach and small local restaurants, and not a long drive away from Vons, Downtown Oxnard , Ventura Harbor and other attractions. Perfect for a relaxed getaway, close to the beach, in a safe neighborhood. Paul is a great, heartfelt person and it was a pleasure to meet him. I’d stay anytime again! :)

We LOVED having our Thanksgiving weekend at The Shoals Corner! The unit is charming, very comfortable, with a pull-out couch/bed conversion in the living room that gives a great view of the ocean (and sunsets!). From there, we could see a pod of dolphins feeding for quite a while one morning! We brought a crockpot and fixings from home, and made our turkey breast in the cozy kitchen for our holiday meal. The kitchen is really well stocked for up to four people. There's lots to do in central Ventura, so we worked out at a gym a couple of times, shopped for food and beverage extras next door to the gym, and drove around to look at neighborhoods. We also played miniature golf another day and thought about going to a movie...but the beach vibe, fresh air, and sunshine were so satisfying that we avoided indoor activities. We're already talking about going back next year. THANK YOU, MARY, for your hospitality and the opportunity for us to have a wonderful vacation!!

Ghada’s place is beautiful!! Wow! Amazing views of the canals! Wonderful amenities… we really enjoyed the paddle boards and the spa! So close to the beach and harbor within 5 minutes! Great restaurants and coffee shops. The master bedroom is huge! The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. Our big family loved this really special home! Ghada is so nice and responds very quickly with anything you need!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

Shoreline was beautiful and in a great location. This is what an airbnb should be. The company that ran the rental is very proactive and great at responding. I would rent again.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

Our stay was perfect. Clean, comfortable felt like home. House was very spacious and was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely book again in the future.

The condo was perfect for our family beach stay during Spring Break. Everything was as described. Great location, right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed!

Arrived was able to enjoy listening to the waves crash on the beach. Great view and excellent location. Can’t wait to book again. There is an elevator onsite. There is private parking. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom was clean and well stocked. I would recommend staying. We arrived to visit UCSB and this was just a few minutes from Santa Barbara! The best part it was super quiet with everything you need within walking distance.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

The beach location was so peaceful & beautiful. We could watch sea lions & dolphins from the living room. The furnishings are wildly outdated (I believe my family had the same couch in the ‘80s), but everything was clean & comfortable. My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staying at Rachel's Beach Condo is consistently an incredible, inspiring "home away from home" experience... The place could not be more perfect (there's always personal touches and new stuff in the kitchen that makes me say "I have to get one of those!") and the location (right on a gorgeous beach and walkable to everything in town, plus a sweet playground for kids) can't be beat. Plus, Rachel is like family (in only the good ways!). So looking forward to our next visit to Carp! (As long as we can snag a week on the very busy condo calendar.)

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
