Haustierfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Santa Luce

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Värden var flexibel med incheckningen. Vi hade meddelat när flyget skulle anlända. Då anpassade hon sig efter det. Bra kommunikation med meddelanden. Promenadavstånd till city. Nära till busstation. Nära till bageri där man kan köpa färskt bröd . Huset har en praktisk innergård så man kan släppa ut småbarn där. Vänligt bemötande trivsamt boende.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé, avec une vue tout simplement magnifique ! Les couchers de soleil étaient grandioses. Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour se sentir comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Isabella pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils tout au long du séjour.

Wir waren zu fünft (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) zwei Wochen in Pietrasanta. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und hat einen tollen Garten mit Terrasse. Es war sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir gedacht haben. Mit den Fahrrädern war es aber trotzdem gut machbar. Frederico ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! 😊

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Filippo. Gary was een erg fijne en behulpzame gastheer. Hij gaf ons goede tips voor de omgeving en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is lekker ruim en mooier dan op de fotos. Verder is de ligging super, erg rustig en prachtig uitzicht tussen de druiven en olijfbomen. Elke dag hoorden we bijeneters overvliegen ;D We hadden geluk met het weer, het was heerlijk zonnig waardoor we bijna elke dag het zwembad hebben kunnen gebruiken (al was deze nog wel wat fris ;)). Een grote aanrader

We loved our stay at Lorenzo’s place. We were a party of four adults and a baby. Lorenzo was very accommodating in organising a cot and highchair. The bedrooms are spacious and having the upper deck off them was great, opening the curtains in the morning to that view is a fantastic way to start the day. The garden is lovely, and we enjoyed visits from Lorenzo’s cats, although they did not come into the house. We walked into the town most days, it is a pleasant walk, even pushing a stroller. Everyone we met was very friendly, San Miniato has all the charm of a hilltop town without hordes of visitors. We had some great meals, Lorenzo had left a book of local information, including recommendations for restaurants, which we made good use of. We could have stayed longer, and will do so if we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Lorenzo.

Eine traumhafte Zeit. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern bestens zufrieden. Die Wohnung sah viel besser als wie auf den Fotos aus. Blitzblanke und gut ausgestattete Küche. Den meisten spaß hatten wir am Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht und super ruhig. Nur 45 min. von Pisa Turm entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊

We really loved our stay, the beautiful surroundings and the place was even better than the pictures. Alfredo was very responsive and friendly. Would really recommend if you’d like a peaceful stay with close proximity to local Tuscan villages to explore.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Silvia. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines ce qui nous a permis de découvrir le Toscane. Nous avons eu un problème avec le frigo. Silvia et son mari ont été très réactifs. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir la famille de Silvia via un cours de cuisine dans agroturismo de ses parents. On a adoré ! Le logement était très propre et spacieux. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine avec la chaleur. Volterra est à 10 minutes en voiture. Et les paysages sont magnifiques.

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

Wat een prachtige verblijf en super uitzicht. Zoo ontzettend mooi over de Toscaanse heuvels. Het huis was erg sfeervol ingericht. Kortom super verblijf.

⸻ Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è davvero super in ordine, curata nei minimi dettagli, piccolina ma con tutto quello che serve: comoda, accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche un kit per la colazione che è stata una sorpresa graditissima! Gli host sono stati eccezionali: super attenti, disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno guidato passo passo su come accedere alla casa. Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo lasciato le chiavi al padre, una persona davvero squisita e cordiale, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Esperienza più che positiva, consigliatissima! Torneremmo sicuramente.

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

Tolle Lage, ruhig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch – ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die warme Außendusche, die für unsere Kinder das absolute Highlight war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Elisabetta qui nous a très bien accueillis avec son mari et son fils, et une tarte excellente !! Emplacement idéal pour sillonner la Toscane.
