Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. The apartment is in a very recent construction. A pre-nineteenth-century factory has been skilfully renovated to obtain houses on two levels, autonomous and overlooking a private internal courtyard. Access to the court is through an ancient door on the splendid Giudecca canal in front of the church of S. Maria del Rosario and near the church of the Redentore. The furniture is new, essential, modern with a few touches of color. The entrance takes place with a code on the electronic keypad.
