In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Das charmante Ferienhaus Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, im Süden Sardiniens, ist die ideale Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Meerblick. Das 50 m² große Ferienhaus besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer und bietet somit Platz für 5 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem eine Klimaanlage, ein Ventilator, eine Waschmaschine sowie ein TV. Ein Hochstuhl ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
