Le Rocche, on the top of a hill offers a breathtaking view, the Villa all on one floor, finished renovating in 2021 by the architect. Gianni Benincasa, has 5 bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. Furnishings, all brand new, of great charm. Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes. The park with olive, cherry and apricot trees is approximately 7,000 m2.

Unsere Villa befindet sich am Ortseingang von Chianni (Pisa) und wurde 2023 aus ursprünglichen, natürlichen Materialien wie Ziegel, Naturstein und Holz gebaut. Drei stilvolle Studios (1 davon in Privatnutzung von mir und meinen beiden Hunden), mit moderner Ausstattung, sowie ein Pool entstanden. Mit je 1 SZ mit Doppelbett, 1 BZ und 1 WZ mit Schlafcouch und voll ausgestatteter offener Küche, sowie gemütlichem Wohn- und Essbereich, laden beide Studios auch zu längeren Aufenthalten ein.

Das charmante Ferienhaus "La Greppia" liegt mitten in den Olivenhainen auf den Hügeln zwischen Pisa und Volterra. Es ist gut erreichbar über die Zufahrtstrasse nach Chianni, einem typisch toskanischen Dorf mit alten Steinhäusern und einer sehenswerten Kirche. Das Haus verfügt über eine gut eingerichtete Küche, 3 Duschen/WC, Cheminée und Balkon. Der schön angelegte Garten mit Sitzplatz, Aussendusche und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die Hügel der Toskana.
