L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

Piscina invidiabile e patio dotato di comode sedute per fantastiche cene e pranzi in compagnia, il tutto circondato dal paesaggio tipico delle colline Toscane. In una location esclusiva, dimentica ogni stress in questa oasi di serenità!

Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone

Unsere Villa befindet sich am Ortseingang von Chianni (Pisa) und wurde 2023 aus ursprünglichen, natürlichen Materialien wie Ziegel, Naturstein und Holz gebaut. Drei stilvolle Studios (1 davon in Privatnutzung von mir und meinen beiden Hunden), mit moderner Ausstattung, sowie ein Pool entstanden. Mit je 1 SZ mit Doppelbett, 1 BZ und 1 WZ mit Schlafcouch und voll ausgestatteter offener Küche, sowie gemütlichem Wohn- und Essbereich, laden beide Studios auch zu längeren Aufenthalten ein.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Chianni ha una posizione strategica per chi vuole conoscere le varie sfaccettature della Toscana. Inoltre è un'ottima località per godersi una vacanza in totale relax, gustandosi la pace di questo luogo e della natura. La casa è molto confortevole, ospita fino a 5 persone, ha una splendida terrazza con piscina privata e un loggiato in legno dove poter cenare.

There is a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, including a hand crank pasta maker, clothes washer, heating and AC. Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.
