This is the second time we stayed in this unit--the first was four years ago. So I wqas thrilled to find it again. It's perfect for two guests, it's perfect for the laid-back Tybee lifestyle. All the restaurants and the pier are close by, but the street is quiet. (Well, we've only been there in April--can't speak for summer.) We'd come back, for sure.

Steven was the ultimate host. Condo was everything he said it was. Very clean. Steven was very responsive to questions and answered quickly. Will definitely look him up again the next time we are visiting Hilton Head.

Thank you Bonnie, we loved staying at your place. It was a last minute decision and we were able to rent it the same day! We met your son at the pizza spot next door. He was a sweetheart and so professional!

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

Perfect spot for a weekend of sight-seeing! Beautiful neighborhood, tons of attractions and restaurants within walking distance, and a peaceful and quiet street. Everything was clean and adorable and Brandon and Chase were very helpful and friendly during the stay whenever we reached out. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Savannah!

We stayed for two nights. Family of 4 including a 10 and 12 year old I was concerned we would feel cramped but the space was perfect for what we needed. The washer and dryer were a plus because we had just come from a cruise so could come home with clean clothes! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and pier, also easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Just keep in mind the sand bar is right next door so we could hear them at night time. It didn't keep us up, but we had the AC fan running so that might have been some white noise to cover it. Jodi was super responsive.

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood with a short stroll to a private beach. Absolutely lovely! Serene vacation locked! Bring your own everything; beach towels, shampoo, salt/pepper, etc.

The place was in a great location to walk to restaurants and shops. Additionally, we were aware before we booked about the sounds at night from the bars so if you don't mind that this place is great!

Wir haben für eine Nacht eine Unterkunft gebraucht, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Für uns zu zweit war alles da was wir brauchten. Die Parkmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto sind praktisch, jedoch hatte sich der Zeitplan für die Strassenreinigung genau mit der Zeit überschnitten wo wir da waren, also mussten wir etwas suchen, aber haben 2 Strassen weiter einen Parkplatz gefunden. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden

Booked Angie’s place for my brother’s marine graduation which Parris island is about 15 away. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean, private and Angie even has extra towels, a hair straightener- everything u could ever need!!. Will absolutely come back! There’s a restaurant called Panini’s on the waterfront 14 mins from the unit it’s absolutely stunning there & there’s tons of places to shop that’s so cute. From the unit to the attention in the items people will use to the location & being super responsive- everything was 10/10. Best place I’ve booked so far!!!

This place was so awesome! Being right on the park was amazing, right after we checked checking in we looked out our window and witnessed a big beautiful wedding. It was our anniversary so of course I teared up, hugged my husband and we danced around to the faint sound of the music the bride walked down the aisle to. The location was perfect and easy to get to and from. We explored all of Savannah and headed to Tybee Island for a day for a change of scenery. Deborah was great she recommended some great restaurants and was prompt in responding. We would definitely come back!

Felt like home for our family of five.

We recently visited Savannah to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was my first time experiencing this beautiful city. Paul's apartment made the entire trip unforgettable. From the moment we booked, his communication was exceptional—clear, timely, and filled with fantastic local recommendations that elevated our stay. The apartment itself is incredibly charming, with a unique “Maiden Voyage” theme that was both fun and impressively curated. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—even down to the convenient QR code instructions placed throughout the space, which made everything seamless. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to Forsyth Park, which became a daily must-do for us. And the culinary highlight of our trip? Dinner at the Olde Pink House’s underground bar—an absolute must! I highly recommend staying at Paul’s place. Between the impeccable design, unbeatable location, and top-tier hospitality, we’re already looking forward to booking it again.

The location was beautiful, very easy to walk to downtown so you don’t have to find parking for your dinner reservation. The location can be a little tricky to see at first since the door is covered by shutters, but once inside everything was as pictured! We felt safe & secure, Preston was very communicative, and everything was as described. I would suggest bringing your own towels & extra pillows, especially if more than two people are staying or you’re staying for an extended period. Good stay for the value!

Peter was a very responsive and accommodating host. The location can’t be beat as it is walking distance to a beautiful pool and beach. Check in was a breeze. All though the units in the complex are small, you’ll have everything you need for your getaway.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay! In an easy to get in and out of spot and close to all of the things we needed. The host was super responsive and even helped us out when we left behind some important items that we needed to get after we checked out.

I had a great stay at the Jungalow. Charlie was great throughout the process. If you want to have a chill time with great amenities and location, do it!

Charles’ place is an urban oasis. Thoughtfully restored, it has relaxing spaces both indoors and outdoors. The beds are comfortable. It’s easily walkable to several great restaurants as well as to Forsyth. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay! Great please for families and the place is perfect. I can hands down Recommend this place. Comfort and location. We had a great stay!

This location is AMAZING. Beautiful views, walk down the scenic boardwalk to the beach, there is a small restaurant right there. The beach is huge and beautiful! White sand, no rocks or seaweed. Small waves perfect for boogie boarding even when windy the waves weren’t huge. The complex seems a little bit “old / tired”, could use some renovating, this building was prob the nicest. The actual unit seemed recently redone - very cute! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels and bed linens, they felt cheap. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! There’s an outdoor pool which is very nice in the courtyard of this building and there’s an indoor pool a few buildings over - these plus beach is perfect for kids. We had a great trip and would love to come back and stay here again!
