In zona residenziale,fuori dal centro storico, l'alloggio è finemente arredato e confortevole.Ha ingresso indipendente,fa parte di una casa colonica in stile toscano con soffitti in mezzane e travi in legno.E' composto da soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale e attigua cucina ben attrezzata (frigocombo,lavastoviglie e forno microonde).La camera da letto matrimoniale è sul soppalco al quale si accede con una comoda scaletta. Sotto si trovano gli armadi e le cassettiere.Arredo di design.

L’appartamento è nella porzione di casa colonica di mia proprietà, semplice, accogliente, con un grande giardino, situata in aperta campagna tra campi e coltivazioni, a 3 km da Cascina e dalla superstrada FI-PI-LI, (Pisa 20 km), facilmente raggiungibili anche Firenze, Lucca, Volterra e San Gimignano. Ottima per chi ama la campagna ma non si vuole allontanare troppo dai confort della città. La casa, completamente ristrutturata, è su due piani e l’appartamento a vostra disposizione è al 1° piano.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
