The interior post and beam design, the private outdoor shower, an upper deck and a lower deck, a hideaway pantry and two bunks at the peak of the cathedral ceiling of upstairs bedrooms are some unique features of this cottage. Sunny Dunes Cottage is conveniently located 15 minutes drive from Kensington, 25 minutes from Cavendish, 25 minutes from Summerside and 55 minutes from Charlottetown. This cozy little 2 bedroom cottage holds charm and character. It boasts high vaulted ceilings with authentic barn beams. The stone hearth fireplace is the focal point of the living area where large windows bring in loads of natural light and overlook the bay. The screened in sun porch is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal. The Thirsty Rose cottage features hand made stained glass, pottery, and tiny art creatures scattered about. There is access to the beach, a fire pit, and barbecue.

Inspired by Mother Goose, or the figures one holds dear. A place for her to rest after a long fairy tale journey. A place to remember and cherish her mementos and treasures she has collected along the way. A cabin and space that embraces both creativity and comfort. Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

The cottage comes with A/C, wifi, Prime, Disney, bbq, linens, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. No water access at the property. Public beach is 3 min walk.
