This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. It's 1 mile from Lake Alice so grab the paddle boards and head to the lake! Plus, book a sound healing or sacred ceremony while you're here!

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Visit the harbor for dining, drinking, and endless outdoor activities where you can ferry across the bay to Seattle waterfront a stones throw from major sports arenas, the seattle aquarium, seafood restaurants, and the ferry system to island getaways across the puget sound.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Also inside are floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant floor heating, and exposed-beam accents. The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!

Beautiful tiny home tucked away in a quiet lush garden. The cottage is only a short walk to amazing coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store. The entrance has a private hand painted patio that is a beautiful place to sit and drink coffee in the warmer months. The light rail is a 7 minute walk away, giving you quick access to the airport, downtown and across much of Seattle (no car necessary!).
