We present Villa Anna, a marvellous villa with a sea view on the south coast of Sardinia, in one of the most loved and frequented localities by locals: Kal'e Moru, a true oasis of nature&wellness. It offers 8 beds divided into 4 spacious rooms, a large double living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms, for a total area of around 300 square metres.

In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Das 50 m² große Ferienhaus besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer und bietet somit Platz für 5 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem eine Klimaanlage, ein Ventilator, eine Waschmaschine sowie ein TV. Ein Hochstuhl ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Mit 10 km weißem Sand ist Costa Rei eine der schönsten Buchten im Mittelmeerraum und, wie der Lonely Planet Guide feststellt, sogar weltweit. Der Strand ist weiß, das Wasser kristallklar und der Meeresboden sehr flach - ideal für Kinder.

Ideal for 4 people, the apartment, located on the first floor, consists of two bedrooms, entrance with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable terrace. The house has private parking.

The Olive Grove

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
