PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Hi there!! My cosy studio apartment is located on the West side of Cagliari on the way to the airport, only 15 min walk to the city centre and Piazza Jenne. In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! Casetta nel centro storico panoramica

Nel cuore della città vecchia, potrete respirare le atmosfere medioevali del quartiere di Castello. La mia casa è piccola ma accogliente e luminosa, dispone di tutti i confort, ma quello che la rende davvero speciale è il bellissimo panorama. Sono a disposizione biancheria e stoviglie. E' presente il wifi illimitato con fibra ultra veloce. Attenzione il quartiere si trova su una collina, quindi per arrivare la strada è sempre in salita! mare natura arte cultura sport cibo aperitivi

La casa sulle mura è nel cuore del centro storico, in una piazzetta vicina alle vie dello shopping. Ottima posizione. Una volta giunti in stazione, arriverete in 10 minuti a piedi. La casa ha al suo interno le mura della città, costruite nel 1500. The house is located in the heart of the historical center, in a small square close to the shopping streets. 10 minutes walking from the station (connected to the airport). Inside the house there are the walls of the old city.
