Welcome to this waterfront property on the Green River in Washago Ontario with 20 km’s of water way to explore. Situated 15 mins from Orillia, Gravenhurst or casino Rama. Use the canoe, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and lily pad or just sit on the dock and watch the world go by. This place is made for making memories with a bonfire pit, outdoor shower, bocci ball, corn hole and giant checker game. Great fishing for kids right off the dock with sandy walk in beach area. Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
