Haustierfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Sistiana

Wie auf der Karte ersichtlich, ist das Ferienhaus in einem kleinen Dorf relativ abseits von großen Städten oder der Küste gelegen. Trotzdem gibt es genug Einkaufsgelgenheiten und Sehenswertes im direkten Umfeld. Das Haus ist freistehend mit einem großen Grundstück, wodurch es keine direkt angrenzenden Nachbarn gibt. Der Außenbereich ist mit Liegestühlen, Jacuzzi, Gasgrill und Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten top ausgestattet. Es gibt außerdem einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Auch die Inneneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen: alle Räume sind vollausgestattet (kleiner Föhn entgegen der Beschreibung vorhanden), bieten genug Stauraum und wurden sehr sauber vorgefunden. Für Zwecke wie Kochen, Waschen und Putzen, ist ebenfalls alles Nötige im Haus vorhanden. Die beiden Gastgeber, Nenad und Valentina, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gaben uns nach der Schlüsselübergabe direkt Tipps zur Umgebung und zur Unterkunft. Für Rückfragen waren sie immer erreichbar. Alles in allem ein top Aufenthalt zu einem sehr guten Preis. Wir waren sehr froh, uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden zu haben. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

Die Villa ist perfekt - super sauber, beste Ausstattung. Toller Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Auch die Lage in der Natur ist sehr schön und ruhig und mit dem Auto sind tolle Orte in der Umgebung gut erreichbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

This was a huge highlight of our trip. We were greeted by Blaz upon arrival who gave us a tour of the house and the farm. He spent over an hour showing the kids all of the animals at the farm. We enjoyed the fresh baked bread and jam from his mom. The house had everything that we needed and had tons of space. Every bathroom hand soap, toilet paper and even shampoo and body wash. There were plenty of towels and we were equipped with enough toilet paper for 3 days. They have frozen meat and vegetables in the freezer for purchase and fresh eggs as well. If you are looking for a brand new modern accommodation, this is not for you, but if you want lots of space, spectacular views, and to be surrounded by nature and animals, I would 100% recommend this. My kids wish we could stay here for the entire trip! Our car battery wasn’t working the morning we left & Blaz called the car rental for us & helped boost the car. The hospitality went far beyond they needed to do. THANK YOU!!

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. posizione tranquilla in mezzo al verde e silenziosa, ideale il relax. Gasper è stato molto disponibile.

Wir waren rundum glücklich mir der Unterkunft. Lidija (die Schwiegermutter) hat uns super freundlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und sogar Leckereien für uns gebacken. Auch einen selbstgemachten Wein gab es. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat alles (und noch mehr), was man braucht und auch die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

We had a great time with our son at Dragicas apartment. We felt right at home and the location is just perfect to go out and see the beautiful places in the soca valley, as well as just being there and enjoy and relax. We would really love to come back and spend time there again.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir hatten Glück und konnten trotz unserer Spontanität dieses wunderschöne Haus mitsamt idyllischem Garten und tollen Freizeitausstattungen (Badminton, Tischtennis, Fahrräder etc.) buchen und genießen. Die Gastgeberin antwortet sehr schnell und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war toll 😊 Neben der gemütlichen Atmosphäre ist auch die Lage hervorragend - Restaurants, Wanderwege, Ausflugsziele wie Hum, Kotli, Buzet, Motovun und Groznjan sind sehr gut erreichbar. Auch für Tagesausflüge ans Meer oder einen Besuch im Ucka Nationalparkt liegt das Haus perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, am besten wenn es auch warm genug ist um den schönen Pool zu benutzen. Danke für alles! 🌼

Trotz sehr später und spontaner Anfrage (unsere vorherige Unterkunft hatte uns storniert) haben es diese äußerst freundlichen Vermieter:innen geschafft für 9 Erwachsene und ein Kind in wenigen Stunden das gesamte Haus herzurichten. Alles sauber und heimelig, Ausstattung der Küche usw war auch spitze! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die Ermöglichung eines schönen und gemütlichen Familienwochenendes!

Het huis was op een geweldige locatie. Het was erg rustig en ontzettend mooi qua omgeving. We voelden ons gelijk thuis en het huis was in alles voorzien. We hebben nog nooit een huis gezien dat zo compleet was. De tuin was heel goed onderhouden en heel kindvriendelijk. Het viel direct op dat het huis erg schoon was. We kwamen op tweede paasdag aan en er stonden lekkernijen klaar voor ons. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. We hopen hier weer terug te komen. We raden iedereen dit huis aan. Fantastische vakantie gehad, dank jullie wel!

I had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely beautiful, and the host was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. They gave fantastic recommendations and were always quick to respond to any questions. There’s so much to explore in the area, with the coast less than a 30-minute drive away and plenty of charming towns nearby to visit. I can’t wait to return! (:

casa bella ed accogliente, piccola ma con tutto bene organizzato e funzionale,carino il piccolo giardino, molto comodo per noi che abbiamo due cagnolini, belle passeggiate subito fuori casa

David ed Elda ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Appartamento comodo al mare ed alla città di Parenzo che sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità dei proprietari e la qualità dell'appartamento, davvero impeccabile.

It was great and short stay near climbing sectors we wanted to climb (Misja Pec). The small apartment was cozy and very clean, the balcony offers nice view. Vladimir was helpful and very flexible with our time of arrival. Can recommend!

Wir hatten zu 6. mit zwei Hunden eine entspannte Woche, obwohl das Wetter leider teilweise nicht so toll war. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, der schöne Olivengarten mit Pool war rundum mit Zaun/Mauer abgeschlossen und die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für Ausflüge oder in wenigen Minuten ans Meer zu fahren. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Haus/Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Gefrierschrank ist groß genug für BARFer ;-). Matea und ihre Mama sind total nett und schnell erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir und die Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke!

Schöne geräumige Wohnung. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Der große Balkon mit Hollywoodschaukel und Esstisch ist super. Es gab 3 überdachte Stellplätze für unsere Autos (Wir waren mit 6 Personen und 3 Autos dort). Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und hilft auch vor Ort weiter, wenn Bedarf ist. Wir haben eine G Maps Liste mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände bekommen. Sehr hilfreich und nett. Lediglich der Induktionsherd ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und hat es leider nicht geschafft, zeitgleich die Pommes im Ofen zu backen und oben auf der Herdplatte das Fleisch in der Pfanne anzubraten. Hier konnte auch Irena leider nichts machen und wir mussten warten bis das Gerät wieder abgekühlt ist. Eine Auflaufform im Inventar wäre tatsächlich noch toll 😉 Ansonsten gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge, Supermärkte sind sogar fußläufig gut erreichbar, sodass man sogar morgens schnell frische Brötchen holen kann.

Thank you Nenad en Sanja! (And grandparents!) We had the best of times here. From the second we arrived to some cold beers in the fridge, which were quickly put to good use, to the ninja grill we all want to buy now. Thanks for letting us be a rowdy bunch of university boys. Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!
