You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

The holiday house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

Villa Natali is a holiday home in a nice, quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

Unser neues Ferienhaus Una wartet auf Sie! Es bietet Ihnen viel Ruhe und Entspannung auf 120m2 barrierefreien Wohnfläche mit privaten Pool von über 53m2 größe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Casa Molá

Dieses einzigartige Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Stil und wurde erst 2024 aus einem alten istrischen Steinhaus aus dem Jahr 1926 renoviert. Für den Sommer 2025 wird das Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Pool ausgestattet, der mit schwarzen Fliesen umrandet ist und an allen vier Seiten überläuft. Casa Molá befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, die größtenteils von Natur umgeben ist. Der örtliche natürliche Kieselstrand ist in nur 10 Gehminuten durch einen Kiefernwald erreichbar.

Villa obitelji Dušati smještena je nadomak mora, sa svojom ponudom iznajmljivanja apartmana nudi odmor prožet prirodom i tišinom. Sa svojim brojnim specifičnostima zadovoljiti će sve vaše zahtjeve za idealnim odmorom. Na ograđenom posjedu nalaze se dvije kuće i mjesta za parkiranje. U svakoj kući su po dva apartmana s osiguranim jednim parkirnim mjestom po apartmanu. Apartman Maria je moderno ureden i opremljen svim potrebnim uredjaima i aparatima.
