I am renting out my 82m2 house located in the island of Skopelos in Sporades. A 15-20 minutes’ wall to the sea . The house : One ground floor with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen , a dining area , a large bathroom and a spacious terrace facing the sea . Upstairs , a second terrace , a large room with 2 single beds . PLEASE NOTE : The house is accessible on foot via a paved road with a slight incline and has stairs, therefore not accessible to people with reduced mobility .
