Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Sottomarina

Wir haben neun Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hell, großzügig geschnitten und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse! Praktisch sind vor allem auch die nah gelegenen guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Appartamento fornito di tutto l'essenziale così come dovrebbe essere per soggiorni brevi (shampoo, doccia schiuma, sapone cucina, olio sale ecc) quando in realtà sono in pochi ad essere attenti alle esigenze dei "naviganti". Tutto super pulito e confortevole, addirittura è presente una lavatrice con relativo sapone e stendino. Consigliato, torneremo sicuramente!

Giacomo was very helpful in flexible check-in as we arrived around the end of the check-in timeframe, we could simply pick up the keys from another location nearby. The flat is located very centrally and going around the city from there is very easy. The flat is welcoming and was clean, good amenities, and a little outside area. I recommend Giacomo and this flat.

We really liked staying at Fabio's apartment. It was very quiet and comfortable. It was very close to Rialto bridge as well as the San Silvestro ferry boat stop. We found the location perfect to explore the city, by foot or boat. It's a much smaller city than I realized. There were great places to eat just 2 min from the apartment, as well as shops and gelato!

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Ilaria che è stata molto disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Se dovessimo tornare, ci farebbe piacere alloggiare nuovamente presso la sua struttura. Grazie di tutto.

Casa Lova è un piccolo gioiello! Un appartamento molto ben tenuto nel cuore di Sottomarina, dotato di tutto il necessario. Le camere sono confortevoli, i letti molto comodi (per me è fondamentale riposare bene!) e i bagni nelle camere un plus. L'alloggio si trova vicino al mare, ai negozi, al supermercato e alla farmacia. Anche bar e ristoranti sono molto vicini e ottimi. Ci si puo dimenticare l'auto per tutto il soggiorno! Laura è stata davvero molto gentile, reattiva e disponibile. Il check-in è stato semplice grazie alle istruzioni super dettagliate, corredate addirittura dai video esplicativi! Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, speriamo di tornare presto!

Rebecca hat uns schon am Anreisetag mit wertvollen Informationen (Fähre hat gestreikt!) versorgt. Wir haben uns alle Tage gut umsorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt und das Quartier mit 8 Personen von 12-80 jährigen genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, Küche alles da was man braucht…wenn es auch einige Abnutzungsspuren gibt. ( zB der Geschirrspüler bzw Badezimmerschubladen) Der Garten und die Terrasse schön und gepflegt.. ideal um 2 Autos abzustellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen!

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

We have stayed in many different Airbnbs in Venice over the years and this one didn’t disappoint. Full of character and charm, loved the altana (balcony) with a lovely view. The location is perfect, very quiet even in a busy period like Easter and walking distance to all the the main attractions. Thank you and we hope to come back soon.

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

We were hesitant about staying on the Lido at first, worried it would be complicated to get to and from Venice, but it ended up being super nice! The boats were fast, frequent and easy to use, even late at night. Allesandro was a great host, always answering all of our questions and happy to help. The place itself was spacious and clean, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We drove to Venice and it was very nice to be able to park right next to the apartment for free in a safe neighborhood.

Appartamento spazioso in una posizione eccellente, circondato da molti ristoranti e servizi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

Christian’s place wa exactly as advertised- clean and beautiful. It was the perfect place for my family of four. The rooftop patio was a great place to sit and read or just take in some quiet time. Christian was very responsive to our questions and had suggestions for pretty much anything in Venice. I would absolutely stay here again.

L'appartamento di Veronica si trova alla fine di Corso Garibaldi, dispone di un terrazzo che affaccia su un canale con una vista meravigliosa, é comodissimo per visitare i Giardini della Biennale e l'Arsenale. É un po' distante dalla stazione. Veronica é stata super disponibile riguardo a checkin e checkout. L'appartamento é grande. Io e il mio gruppo abbiamo pernottato comodamente in 8 persone. Tutto era pulito e in ordine. Non mancava niente. Consiglio a tutti di alloggiare nell'appartamento di Veronica, in particolar modo per visitare la Biennale di Venezia.

Our recent stay in Piove di Sacco was a delightful experience. The apartment was charming and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and authentic local feel. The location was perfect for exploring the town, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a genuine and comfortable base to explore Piove di Sacco and the surrounding Veneto region.

Five stars for the apartment and six stars for the host team. This is a lovely remodeled apartment in the center of the historic district. Chioggia is small, so easy access to all areas and Sottomarina on foot. Bathroom isn’t shown in photos but is new with modern shower. Renovations are tastefully done without sacrificing the original layouts. Rooms are large and layout is simple. Furnishings and decorations are very well done; homey without feeling like you’re intruding on someone else’s space. The host team was extremely hospitable. Met us and walked us to the unit. This was appreciated, but the unit is not difficult to find. Small touches, like a snack and bottle of Prosecco were waiting for us when we arrived. They even gave us a ride to the Chioggia cruise dock when we were leaving. The hosts struck the perfect balance between hospitality and privacy. This was a very good experience for us. The unit is well worth the cost. We would stay here again.
